A Superb and Comfortable Family Stay

We had an amazing stay at AC Hotel! The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could ask for—even our own washing machine, which was such a wonderful convenience. My family and I had a truly superb experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very Great Stay!

Had a very great stay at AC Marriott! The lobby was stunning quite unique for a hotel lobby specially its floor level. The highlight was every touch point is consistent when it comes to warm hospitality, from the concierge, front desk, and housekeeping team. Me and my family felt extremely welcome. I’d like to commend Lovejoy from the concierge who always go went above and beyond whenever he assist us, he is truly one of the faces of hospitality of AC Marriott and we’re looking forward for his service on our next stay!and also a big thanks to Rheymark of housekeeping. Thank you for making it worthwhile!

Communication—so impressed.

I wanted to leave a note about my experience with their customer service team.
​I’ve been looking into booking a stay and had a few inquiries. Their responsiveness and professionalism have been top-tier. it is clear that they really value their guests. It’s very good that they invested a lot in their digital infrastructure to make the guest's life easier.

2 days in and I can’t wait to experience more

Couple from Canada here for work, experienced Bonvoy members so we were excited to try this new location. Arrived crazy early (7am) but Dianna at the front desk was more than happy to accommodate the early check in for two exhausted travellers after 28 hours on planes.
The rooms are comfortable and very clean, showers awesome. Bathrooms not necessarily logical (shower door swinging into shower mat) but room keeping I felt went above and beyond cleaning and organizing our toiletries.
Reception which is on floor 38, also has the bar, lounge area and restaurant. The beautiful open space is amazing. The breakfast and supper buffets… delish!!! The service at both has been awesome, at the 3 occasions we have been there there has been 2 celebratory events where the staff help light up the room (1 bday, 1 engagement) .
The rooftop bar, floor 61 is breathtaking. I have not had time to partake but look forward to having a sunset G&T there this week.
The pool and gym look great which I will try out this week as well.

Breakfast offering selection can be larger. For asian there is no porridge, no fried noodle, soupy vegetables is limited as the cooking stuff should add more instead of customer pick themselves
