Unable to stay here as they had let out our room before our arrival. I have emailed you requesting a refund and to Re consider your association with this place

No water(included shower), no breakfast and far from the beach.
This place was in terrible condition.So, we changed the hotel to stay because of those.
Also, the owner told me to refund on calling, but it will not be refunded even after 1 month. You had better not book here.
This place is the worst place I booked.

Worst

Don’t you ever check this hotel cause ain’t worth it. Far from the beach. No free shuttle, toothpaste, and shampoo. We book this hotel, but they put us in different hotel (called Casa Oeste). Overall, poorest accommodation and worst service!!!!!!!

We were double booked and could not stay at our original booked destination, which took very long to find due to no signs at all. There were 3 of us that had a booked and they moved us to there secondary place which was unfit for 3 men with only a double and a single bed together. The place was in terrible condition for what we paid. We ended up finding another place to stay at and have not not been contacted to be refunded after a formal letter was sent out. Do not book with talisay point homes.
