Cheeky little cocktail and hand cut French fries while waiting for the rain to pass so we can zip line! Spectacular view that won’t disappoint

Awful customer service
If I can give this establishment a zero star I will.
I just came from this place a few minutes ago. We were exploring Marimegmeg Beach looking for a place to hang out and wait for sunset.
While waking along the shore, me and my family saw the establishment's sign for an unli buffet boodle fight style. It's still around 2pm and dinner starts (as mentioned by staff) 6pm. We opted to stay and ordered drinks since we also need to attend an online meeting.
We were happily enjoying the drinks and the view when a big group came to check in. They were probably more than 30 pax. A few minutes later, while me and my family were silently enjoying our stay in our little corner of a table, a person, the supervisor I later, found out approached us. In a very unpolite manner he/she/they (Ms. Jing) told us if we can vacate our place since there is a big group coming in and the space is not enough for them. Actually we weren't asked, pinapaalis kame sa table. It felt like we weren't paying customers and we're just freeloading the space. It felt off. Yes I know the big groups are paying "more" but basic restaurant/hotel hospitality dictates differently. Suddenly the peaceful environment made my family felt unwelcome by this establishment. Oh did I forget to mention I have my 1-yr old baby with me when the supervisor asked us to vacate where we were sitting. Meron naman daw table sa baba, yung mainit at exposed sa 3pm sun. How insensitive of this supervisor.
We could have ordered more since we were supposed to stay for 3 more hours before the dinner buffet but I hurriedly asked for the bill and left this place.
So for those who want to feel unwelcome, feel free to spend your money in this place. Otherwise, there are far better places where you will feel welcome in the area. Wag nyo sayangin pera nyo sa staff na hindi marunong ng basic service.
If the owner of this establishment is reading this, I hope you can better train your staff with how to handle customers and a little use of logic and sensitivity in cases like this.
And to that supervisor who asked us to leave our place because you have other customers... Eh sana matuto ka! Bastos ka sa customer! If you knew you have a big group coming in, you should have told us that the restaurant/lobby area is closed for the afternoon. Before you let us sit and order drinks.

Hotel on the beach. No road access, so have to arrange to carry luggage on the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants off the beach. Great sunset and great beach vibe

Dirty rooms and not experienced staff
Its the worst place I’ve stayed during my whole holiday in the Philippines. I used to stay there before and prompt people there to improve standard of room cleanses and breakfasts, including Mr Rod from „by thumps up” but nothing changed. Communication and willingness to help by Rod was minimal. Even worse was communication with manager of orange pearl - Mrs Ghel. When abruptly stopped answering at all. Staff of the reception seem to be always new students who never pass information between each other which caused me visiting the reception several times always asking for same things. The only advance there is the location
