Zuri Hotel gives you the best. The place is nice and clean, the food is great but most of all the staff are so kind and helpful.

Best in Location, Near SM Mall

This hotel had setbacks in its room cleanliness as in my own personal room, a minor rodent incident was experienced.
It’s quite a turn-off experience as majority of its guests were locals thus this type of cleanliness issue may not seemed to be problem for them.
Its cafeteria staff during first day of breakfast, was totally disappointing with many negative answers provided and negative attitudes portrayed upon receiving queries from guests.
A simple gesture of moving tables to accommodate large number of guests whom required to be seated together was abruptly denied by F&B Lead, even though, ensuring unnecessary blocking of access by other guests accessibility convenience were taken into consideration.
Front desk staff however, are trying theirest to resolve any situations or disputes that arises, through their service recovery suggestions.
The hotel requires major refurbishment to their in room facilities like their bedding issues and furniture.
If you need a place to bunk in for a totally reasonable price then this hotel will suits your budget this is the best Budget Type of Hotel with its type of service from especially from F&B team.

We take your comments regarding the rodent incident and worn room amenities very seriously. Our pest control and maintenance teams have been deployed to address these issues immediately. Great location, next to sm shopping. Friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast is good. The only issue is the shower. Its not working right.
