It's a short walk from T3.

I stayed overnight this evening for a connecting flight.
Conveniently located on foot from Manila Airport T3.
The room was large and clean, the shower water temperature and WiFi reception were good and I was comfortable.
Amenities include a toothbrush, soap and shampoo.
No slippers.
Facilities include TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, electric rice cooker, cooking utensils and tableware.
No hairdryer or safety box.

There was no soap receptacle in the shower room and
The TV and air conditioning are common outlets, so it was inconvenient to use them at the same time.
TV was only available on one station.
I hope to use this evening again if I get the chance.

This was hands down THE WORST experience we’ve had. We booked this room only to spend a few hours there between flights. Its location was our reason for choosing this place and since it was on the cheaper side, we weren’t expecting a lot from it. But we were not prepared for how bad this was! First of all it is a nightmare to find the correct compound where the room is located. Staff kept radioing each other, sending us this way and that to figure out where it was. This is not even a hotel. More like a private room being rented out. So you don’t get any of the normal hotel services and staff have no obligation to assist you. In fact, they don’t even hand you the key. Just point you towards the room. Now let’s get to the cleanliness. It was NASTY. Like I said, we were prepared for low quality due to the price but we didn’t want to sit anywhere - even less sleep on the bed. I’ve included some photos showing rice scattered around the fridge, stains on the floor and empty shower gel bottles in the shower. Why? Why put empty bottles? They also didn’t include any basics such as toilet paper. We ended up leaving 4 hours earlier simply because we felt the airport might be cleaner. Honestly, take this rental off the platform. We’ve never been disappointed in Trip, but the pictures are miss leading. It gives a sense that this is a normal hotel room when it is absolutely not.

Our stay at Plam Tree once again was just as we expected, great friendly staff and service. Unit in excellent condition and great location near the airport and shop's. Will be back again as we have many times before.

Nice location just by the mall and adjacent to Lrt station. Safe and hope to stay again here.
