Found a New Home in Cubao

I arrived in MNL (NAIA Terminal 2) around 11AM. I am aware the the standard check in time will still be at 1400H. But, I took a Grab going to the hotel that early, taking chances for an early check in. Good enough! Jem, at the Desk, offered me a Queen Bed since I originally booked for 2 beds due to price difference even I am alone. It was so thoughtful and, luckily, they need rooms with 2 beds more than I do. Since room was ready, I got the perks for being an ALL Member. You should enroll, too.
I went off for a PBA Game at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in the afternoon. When I came back to the hotel, I dropped by at the strEats: a co-working space cafe. Jo was so friendly and amiable in offering foods as much as there was available as it was almost midnight. Luckily, there was still an order of Salmon Rice Bowl. To be honest, though the packaging was very nice, but the food lacked flavor. The slice of salmon was not fair, too dry. The rice was a dry that tastes like the beans. No sauce. No flavor. No taste. Too bland. But, I won't complain too bad as I finished it. It cost me P 499. I give this feedback for a possible room of improvement. Nothing against Jo. She was so nice.
The room was soooo beautiful. It was new and comfortable. But, if you are staying here and most of the time you are staying in the room, please avoid Room 702. You will only see the roof of the Gateway Mall, correct me if I am wrong, as the view.
The hot water was also not that hot. But, the shower has a great drain. I also love the provision of a little water caddy for you grab water from the water station near the elevator landing and just enough height to keep it chill inside the minibar fridge. The TV was also giving. I can connect my Netflix, Youtube Apps and log off all at once upon departure.
During check out, Jaemily was so lovely to assist me. She offered to store my bags while looking around Gateway Mall for lunch and little shopping before going to the airport for my next flight to ICN (Incheon, South Korea).
And, lastly, salute to Sir Toni, the guard at the Hotel's Entrance along Gen Roxas Avenue. It was fun the the lobby was in the 4th floor. We will get used to have city hotel's locate their Reception on a higher floor and not really after the entrance doors.

Great Stay for the price point

Our stay in the family room was somehow comfortable. Size felt on the small side but was functional enough. Liked the eco sustainability efforts. The hot/cold water dispenser for each floor . The refillable mini pitchers allotted. No smart Tv option however. Wi-Fi felt ok. Bidet for toilet provided. Vibrant colors and homage credited to the Araneta Coliseum was felt throughout. Didn’t got to use the infinity pool , fitness center and rooftop bar however. Breakfast buffet has good choices. Being Gold Accor member gets one a welcome amenity aside from the drinks provided on a voucher. Location adjacent to Gateway Mall is a clincher for a good weekend staycation experience.

Way too noisy for me as a business traveller. Lots of movement throughout the night, people slamming doors and talking very loud, even screaming. Scary experience

Great value for money, convenience and location.

Stayed here on April & June.
Great value for money and well-located due to its connection to the mall. Breakfast spread is also great, and has improved from the last time we were here. Also like the 24/7 gym - motivation for a consistent workout.
Will definitely be back.
