The Ultimate Beachfront Home Away From Home

As a notoriously selective luxury traveler, I rarely find a property that checks every box. Botanica completely shattered my high expectations by effortlessly delivering a flawless, family-friendly ultra-luxury experience where no detail was overlooked! Our family of 5 has taken 4 vacations to Botanica in 3 years, 2xs at the beach cottage — it’s THAT incredible! The Beach Cottage is the epitome of island luxury, beautifully decorated and conveniently located literally steps from the ocean. The paddle boards, outdoor shower and hot tub are a few of the highlight of this specific property (not to mention the beautiful decor!). The family cottages are also fantastic with the pool providing another fun element to this option. Each time we have stayed we were immediately greeted with a beautiful, tasty welcome treat- such a kind and thoughtful touch. From top-notch hospitality and communication to premium linens and beach gear, Botanica effortlessly provides absolutely everything a luxury family traveler needs. Kim & Chad are truly wonderful! The cottages are always impeccably clean and perfectly maintained. You will fall in love and find yourself sitting at Cemetery Beach under the umbrella with your toes in the sand scrolling through your calendar figuring out when you can return before you even leave! We have made so many wonderful family memories at Botanica and we look forward to planning our 5th visit! Thank you!

Beautiful property. The property over exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean and provided everything we needed. I also loved the centralized location.

Perfect Place

Botanic is the perfect place for couples, singles, or families. The cottages are pristine and have the latest appliances and decor. The managers are the best! They provided regular and beach towels whenever needed. We wanted for nothing. They got a grill for us and CLEANED it! The location is not on the beach, however, it is across the street and 3 minutes by car. The pool is lovely, with great lounges & a hot tub. We did not encounter any noise problems. It was worth the price we paid. We would go back in a second!

Superb Stay at the Beach Cottage

Spent the week with my family here and we all agreed it was the nicest vacation rental we have ever experienced. It was worth every penny. The location was great, we were away from all the crowds and felt like we had paradise all to ourselves. The cottage is not only decorated perfectly but you have literally everything you need and it’s all beautiful. The linens and towels were top notch. The cottage has been maintained to a pristine condition. The provided beach chairs, flats, etc were perfect. My kids loved the hot tub every evening and playing scrabble each morning on the porch. The grocery store was min away and had a great selection. We were 9 min away from our Red Sails excursions. We hope to come back very soon. Thank you Botanica for the best experience!!!
