Bien situé pour l’aéroport / st Denis et de très belles chambres

Nous l’avions choisi pour sa situation par rapport à l’aéroport et St Denis et nous n’avons pas été déçus bien au contraire. En 10 min, on y est ! Au-delà de sa situation, c’est une excellente adresse pour la qualité des chambres et l’accueil très agréable. Le pot de bienvenu est très convivial (et très bon) et le petit dej est complet et tout à fait délicieux!
Merci pour l’accueil, les chambres et la terrasse très agréable.

SCAM

Run, I can literally say that this bed and breakfast literally swindled me
In a few words:
I arrive late 23:45, I had warned though via the booking app ( Last plane from Mauritius)
I call 3 times, the so-and-so goes directly to messaging....everything is closed, impossible to communicate with anyone
I find myself past midnight homeless with ts hotels full in the surroundings (Congress and cyclone suite)
I find a dingy room at 1:00 last morning having knocked on all the hotels I could find.
The next day: I have the person on the phone on the same number as the day before who tells me that I have not received any calls and complains about my aggressive tone....I rise in a tone indeed given the attitude of this person who lies to me of course.
I ask to be refunded and obviously it will be no....incredible
I say that I also paid for the second night and that I will therefore come tonight ....and clearly I am not welcome and this gentleman tells me, writes me that he will not welcome me in his guest rooms.
I therefore ask for reimbursement of the two nights and it is again a no.
I’m going to go all the way to get my money back and then I’ll erase that review.
Sir, I am waiting for your refund, which is the least we can do.

I still can't explain why the hygiene services haven't come to check this ''establishment''... the so-called high-end rooms are largely dated with a strong smell of sewage emanating. The furniture is damaged, very cheap and the cleaning is not even basic...it is not carried out. If you are unlucky enough to stay several days, don't expect to see towels changed. The beds won't be made either. The only positive point is the view from the terraces.
And you don't know the worst, the "chalets" at the back of the courtyard, veritable cesspools filled with dust even more repulsive than the rest. We end the picture with an absolutely unpleasant owner, irritable and contemptuous of his customers. In short, don't go there! There are much better places elsewhere on the island. A shame . In addition, it claims to offer a high-end service... make no mistake, only the price is high-end, the service offered is not at all. Run away!!!

A fuir absolument. Ce n'est pas une villa mais un affreux bâtiment de 6 étages. 80 marches pour accéder a la chambre dont une parties sans rambardes et garde corps. Très très dangereux. Chambre sale, mal agencée, dressing déglingué rempli d'objets, sdb sentant le moisi, sale. Garage inondé donc sortie de la voiture pieds dans l'eau. Salle de pdj méga encombrée etc etc scandaleux de louerun tel endroit
