Best stay of our trip and quietest, best sleep we had

Fantastic place to stay. A true retreat. Room was huge and beautiful. Very classic design which we love. The Romanian traditional food was what we were looking for and great price. It was in a beautiful quiet location. We had the best sleep of our whole holiday. We were sorry to leave. Loved it here. Lovely staff too.

Beautiful view, some services must be improved!

Spent 7 nights during April 2022 as a family with two teenagers. The location is heartbreaking. Medical services are 1st class, including relax massage.
Unfortunately, food is disapointing, missing variety and being overpriced. Accomodation in Vila 2 is below average.

Simply wonderful

First of all, by far the most beautiful room I have ever stayed for this price. Solid wood antique refurbished furniture, original oak parquet, and an enormous bathroom.
The location - priceless, on a small hill in the middle of the forest 200 m from the center of the resort. The best service ever, the manager of the property took us with his car too see the monasteries in the region and generally catered to our every need. They provide also different types of treatments for respiratory problems, even have a salt room where you can relax
We felt spoiled every second of our stay , I warmly recommend it!

catastrophic experience

Me, my wife and my little girl stayed at the hotel three nights and the the 4th night, our last night we ware evicted without notice and without being present at that moment. We ware dining out in center and surprise surprise when we got to the room we found all our belongings outside the room in garbage plastic bags and the room all cleaned up ready to receive the next guests. Imagine it was past 9 in the evening. In the Vila there was only the receptionist/cleaning lady and she told us she is just fallowing orders, nothing personal, she was informed somebody else is coming in the room that evening. We asked to talk with management and it took us 1 hour to convince him the night was payed at the reception by debit card in advanced. Luckily we also had the payment receipt at hand. He tried everything to convince us we ware wrong and that he did us a favor keeping our stuff in the room after check-out. Nothing helped, in the end he invoked overbooking and that we had to go. Unsure on the situation, we asked some written proof explaining the situation and all communication ended. We had to call the police to have some whiteness to what it happened. It was midnight by then.
The experience was nothing pleasant. We had to leave and drive all the rest of the night. With this horrible experience all the rest fades away.
