Very nice hotel

We staid one night in a huge room of three ; the beds are big, extra blankets, very clean. The bathroom is very big with a shower, WC, bide and a sink . The restaurant is nice, you can eat outside also; the breakfast was diverse an tasteful.
Thank you for the nice accommodation.

Very Inconsiderate Night Manager/Receptionist

Our bathroom light did not work when we entered our room. It took well over an hour to be repaired while we were left waiting to see if that could be accomplished &, despite numerous requests, we were not allowed to switch to another room. The Evening or Night Manager - Receptionist, a middle aged woman that night, is sorely in need of training in customer relations - and consideration of her guests as human beings.

Total desastre

Nos alojamos dos amigos en dos habitaciones. La llegada fue correcta y la señora que nos atendió fue muy correcta. Nos atendió en la comida y cena muy bien. Las habitaciones muy antiguas y las camas horribles. El retrete está dentro de la ducha. Un horror. Pero al acostarme me encuentro un chicle pegado a la mesita de noche. Por la mañana nos quejamos, pero decidimos no irnos porque la señora que nos atendió el día anterior era encantadora, y nos proponen cambiar la habitación. Madrugamos y volvemos a desayunar y nos acostamos para descansar. La limpiadora aporrea mi puerta a las 13:00 para que me cambie de habitación. Se queda en la puerta con cara de perro esperando a que haga la maleta y llevarme a la suite del hotel. Amplia pero mobiliario igual de viejo. Bajamos a comer y nos atiende un camarero joven que no sabe idiomas. Le pedimos el mismo vino que la noche anterior. Como no entiende me levanto y voy a la barra, paso por detrás para coger la botella y dársela al camarero. Y de repente el chico de recepción saltó a gritos diciéndome que no podía estar ahí!!. Por la noche al llegar al hotel para cenar el dueño tenía mucha prisa en que nos sentáramos a cenar. Todo muy forzado y cuando acabamos de cenar nos apagaron las luces para que nos levantáramos. Y hasta ahí. Dormimos y al día siguiente adelantamos la marcha. No se puede tener peor producto y atender tan mal. Y salvo a la señora del primer día. Un cielo.

MOLTO INSODDISFATTO

Ci sono stato per lavoro a fine settembre ed avevo prenotato una suite giusto per sicurezza, visto che la Romania riserva sempre sorprese poco piacevoli..
Avevo prenotato per alcuni giorni. Arrivato di sabato sera mi sono trovato di fronte una festa di matrimonio, con parcheggio pieno di auto e musica a tutto volume. Mi hanno assegnato una camera da letto diversa, perchè la musica era troppo alta vicino alla suite.
Per raccontarla in breve in questa stanza ho trovato dentro l'armadio 1 paio di calze da donna nuove e 1 confezione usata, l'acqua del lavandino non andava giù perchè intasato, sotto le lenzuola peli e capelli, polvere, ecc..ecc..
