Recommend
Very profesional staff, check in time takes only a few minutes. The food is really tasty. We went two times and both times we felt great! Family apartment and the two bedroom suites are really big and very comfortable. The surroundings are really beautiful! I recommend this location!

To be avoided
We just returned from this location.
I will start with the positive aspects: the building looks modern and it is in good shape. It is easy to find and its location is good, as it is close to the centre of the resort and of the ski slope.
The rooms are clean and nice; we booked a suite room, and it was perfect for our family. The food is good. The room fee does not include breakfast, but if you opt for the breakfast buffet, it offers a decent range of food.
The receptionist is professional and helpful, unlike the management of this villa. And this brings me to the negative review: before booking we discussed directly to the villa’s manager and he informed us that the villa spa is opened, inclusive the jacuzzi (this being one of the main reasons we chose this villa), but when we got there, we were informed that the jacuzzi is closed since March. Discussing with other guests, they were also told the same lie. We called the manager, and his reaction was unprofessional and did not admit his information was false. We did not get any discount for this inconvenient. Even more, we travelled in group and some of our friend’s rooms did not have hot running water. No apologises for that either. The showers from the spa did not have hot running waters. The water from the outdoor traditional hot tub also did not feel hot enough.
The rooms had fire detector placed above the bed and it constantly flashed every 5 seconds. This was really annoying. Other negative aspect: the building is made on a wood structure so you could easily hear every noise from the other rooms, staircase, or restaurant.
The playing room really needs an upgrade. The choice of games is really limited, and it has a lower temperature than the rest of the building. One last confusing aspect is that on the booking website it is mentioned “Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults at this property.” but we were also made to pay a fee for our son which is 4 years old. Anyway, as a general conclusion I do not recommend this location. I find its fees much higher than it deserves.

The negative reviews are very useful to improve our services. But this is a pre-announced blackmail story for several reasons: we refused to open jacuzzi (restricted by the pandemic law and announced on our website), we refused to extend the bar program (restricted after 11 pm by the pandemic law), we refused repeated requests for discounts for invented problems or generated by themselves (they used the SPA area as a playground for children leaving the terrace doors open and cooling the whole floor including the play room, they triggered the warning signals of the smoke sensors in their rooms, they damaged the pool table by putting the children with their feet on it, they disturbed the other tourists with their noise ). The mixture of positive and negative things, truths with lies can influence people of good faith but whoever thinks that a building of 1000 square meters and 5 levels is built on a wooden structure, as she said, then he will believe everything this person said in her story

Relax&chill
I wanted to go skiing so this place was in the vicinity. I liked the spatious room, quality mattress, clean bathroom. Because the weather wasn't good the whole time, the fact that we had access to a bunch of games like pool, fussball, boardgames was a plus. The spa area was magical after a day of skiing, especially the barrel under the stars. The food was good and even if they were short on staff they managed ok. I would definitely recommend this place.

Mixed feelings, probably 3.5 stars
We went here to enjoy the spa, beyond the other regular reasons to select a place. I will split this review on the good and not so good things, since it really was mixed. For the good things, the building has a nice architecture, is in a wonderful location and the items inside are at good quality. They have lots of games, board games for different ages and also PlayStation or pool game. The spa is located on the top floor and the utilities are very modern, very good quality, especially the jacuzzi. The wooden bath is on the terrace, the forest and mountains are all around. Several spa attractions are included in the room fee, while the ones which are not actually come very cheap. The bed was great. The staff very friendly, all good. Now, for the things which were not so good. Most of the spa attractions are open only in the evening, from 18:00. There is a booking system, to have good usage from the host's perspective, but since not all attractions are on even in the evening, there are disadvantages, as for example the Finnish dry spa was not warm enough for me. The major negative surprise was around the dining. There is fixed hours, like 6 to 8 for dinner, which is quite early. The options were mostly grill or fried, medium sized portions at most, very limited diversity. We had a pork neck which was dry and chewy, fried seems frozen wedges, not a good experience. No lemonade, few drinks available, not what you would expect at 5 stars location. Lost opportunity for fine dining, no cooked dish. Breakfast was better as diversity and size, but again very standard supermarket, nothing special, and it's expensive at 30 ron per person . Will give 4 stars since we felt good, but closer to 3 objectively.
