very disappointing
• Pleasant swimming pool, although it can get crowded and noisy when families are present
• Spa available
• On-site parking
Negative points :
• No storage closets in the rooms, which means you have to keep your belongings in your suitcase. The only storage option is a decorative bar with four hangers . The overall style may not appeal to everyone (flashy, faux-marble, somewhat kitschy)
• No coat hooks provided
• In the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang wet towels, which can be inconvenient
• Only one bedside table, making it necessary to choose who gets to use it
• TV could not be connected to the internet due to very weak WiFi signal in the room; TV channels also frequently pixelated
• Breakfast could be improved: very artificial fruit juice, low-quality pastries, and products that seemed industrial and of questionable freshness
• Located in a commercial area – a car is essential to get around
• Noisy air conditioning, which may disturb light sleepers

Poor
Our things stayed in the suitcases due to lack of storage, we didn't even know where to put our towels to dry.
Uncomfortable bedding, 1 pillow, minimalist duvet, very hard mattress. 1 single bedside corner for a double room!!!
Nothing in the room fridge, air conditioning and hyper noisy ventilation.
Soundproofing is non-existent. In the bathroom, a large sink but no area to put his toiletries.
Breakfast is mediocre. Fruit juice is filthy, coffee undrinkable. The proposal is disappointing. We didn't dare go to the restaurant.
It is located next to the Carrefour on the outskirts of Targu Mures. You have to take the car to the city.
The only plus: the pool if you like other people’s kids, tourists obviously come to spend time with their kids by the pool.

Total disappointment
I arrived at the hotel around 17.00 and parked the car in the hotel parking lot. At the reception, we were offered a room (201), where we couldn't wait to take a shower, it being 34 degrees outside. I entered the room where I found that it was as warm as outside, the window being open, and the orientation of the room was towards the west. I closed the window and turned on the air conditioning, which indicated 29.5 degrees Celsius.
I found that if you tried to put it in 3rd gear, the machine would turn itself off, so I left it on. step 2 hoping it will cool the room as quickly as possible. In the meantime I opened the fridge to put in some cold water, but found that it was not working. At that moment I reached for the phone to call the reception to complain about the inconveniences in the room, namely the non-functional air conditioning and refrigerator, but I found that the phone had no tone, it being non-functional.
I called the hotel reception from my own phone and communicated about the inconvenience, and the receptionist informed us that the refrigerator no longer works since the Covid period, "as a protective measure", the phone is not connected to the network because everyone uses the phone mobile, and for the air conditioner she will come with a key and turn it on to its capacity. I waited about 30 minutes in the room, noting that the ambient temperature increased by 1 degree Celsius, the device indicating 30.5 degrees Celsius, the climate not being functional
Since the conditions were totally unsuitable for being able to rest, I took my luggage and went down to the reception, where the receptionist was "playing on her mobile / surfing the internet" and to whom I told her that we wanted to leave the hotel to check out, as these are not 4 star conditions.
I don't even want to think about the other services offered, if you don't even have the minimum of comfort in the room.
Totally disappointed
P.S. By the way, we stayed at Casa Bavareză in the center of Târgu Mureș (own parking, breakfast, real air conditioning) for half the Bussines Hotel rate.
