Nice location and good food

I enjoyed my stay there. There are some aspects which could be improved, both in the hotel and restaurant, but the staff really tries their best. I saw a few stray dogs around, and in the forest, but otherwise a really nice place.

Terrible

We have been in Elyon room 109 and 110 2 years ago, it was an old and dirty mess. Small dirty bathrooms, old worn mattresses through which you can feel the steel springs. Dirty carpet on the floor, all the furniture was already dirty and old worn. Then we spoke to the cleaning lady, and knew all about it and they were renovating. This year we thought, they've probably finished renovating. So we book for 7 nights and said we want renovated rooms. The lady's answer on the phone was : all rooms have been renovated. Top we booked. At check-in we get the same rooms as 2 years ago. You guessed it!! Nothing renovated. Room 110 got a new bathroom door because it was rotten from the shower water. Room 109 nothing changed. Bit of painted the walls and done. Mega renovation. Going to sleep somewhere else here is terrible. Staff is nice and restaurant good but I never sleep here again.

Dont stay

The worst place on earth. !!!!!
If you want to sleep dont come.
If you want to eat, dont come.very derty.
Just find a difrent place to be.
No lights, no ac, not clean.
Orderd 3 beds, got only 2... !!!

Awful service

The service level is bellow any reasonable expectation. I was there for an event, nobody asked me once in 8 hours if I would like to drink something. Location is nice but food is average, nothing special. I do not recommend it.

Spent the night before flying home to America

This hotel is subpar.
There's nothing to hold the shower head up so it just dangles on the floor. You have to hold up the shower head to get your hair wet and wash off your body using one hand. Also, there's no hot water... or even warm water...
There's also no blinds so privacy is a no go and you'll be up bright and early with the sunshine.
There's a weird smell to the room but we opened a window and brought in a portable fan to help air out the room.
The restaurant actually has fairly good food so that's a plus!
