The staff is not customer-oriented and bad price/quality balance. I can not recommend.
Positive aspects:
- the towels are white an clean;
- the location is very closed to beach (about 300 meters);
- the rooms don't have balcony (an advantage for family with small children);
- good sound insulation for window;
- a big refrigerator in room 4 (in fact rooms 4 and 5 compose an apartment);
- flat TV in every room.
- there is a kitchen at the first floor where can prepared a meal.
Negative aspects:
- different prices for the same services (about 20-25%) on different sites (e.g. booking.com vs. turistinfo.ro) - 328 euro vs 271 for 5 days in august 2017;
- bad sound insulation for doors;
- have to bay half of price at booking and the second half at check-in (practically it is paid in advance);
- the room are not very clean (e.g, see pictures with windows)
- there is no parking space
- the hot water fails (especially in the evenings);
- you have to ask for invoice, AC remote controller, internet (and must be careful to not pay for services already included - e.g. AC about 2 euro) ;
- staff personal is not customer-oriented;
- the beddings are not changed after 4 day (according 2 stars classification);
- the management works remotely and doesn't send all needed information to local staff (a person that take care about cleaning) about customers;
- the furniture is damaged or improper (e.g. see the pictures with bed, door, soap dish).
