3* with 4 * service

This hotel offers gret value for money raport. Located on the beach, but pretty far from sea because the beaches have 2-300 m wide.free sunbeds and umbrellas. Sand mixed with pebble, you need slippers. Rooms are quite nice, very clean, very comfortable bed, decent size, tea amneties, central air condition in good condition. Bathroom spotless clean with everything you need, shower gel, hair dryer and slippers. Every day cleaning staff doing a great job. A very well maintained hotel. Sfaff is very helpful and client oriented. Breakfast is with quality products, everything well cooked and organized. Good fruits & salads sortiment. It's quite repetitive but still delicious. And above all you have great places for kids with toys and games. If u want to eat other meals in the restaurant, food is teasty and we'll cooked but a bit expensive. There are 3 elevators which is enough for the capacity of the hotel.
In conclusion not a 3* hotel but more a 4* one.

At the seaside, in Romania

It is a nice and quiet stay in Romania. A place that pleases anyone. Recommended front sea -view rooms. Good food at their restaurant. Private beach with armchairs and umbrella included. Polite and dedicated staff. Better than in many other resorts abroad. Thank you, Mrs. Alina Chirea, hotel manager!

Perfect for a family getaway!

We were very satisfied with our stay. The accommodation provides excellent quality for the price paid. One of the biggest advantages is the convenient parking, which makes things much easier during peak season. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh and delicious options.
The beach area is clean and pleasant, and having sunbeds included in the accommodation rate adds great value. Families with children will especially appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and family-friendly facilities. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help.

Great for families!

The price-to-service ratio is excellent! The nearby parking is a plus, especially during busy periods. Clean rooms, varied and good breakfast.
The beach is also clean, and the sun lounger is included in the room price. The kids are thrilled with the two playgrounds (indoor + outdoor).
We’ll happily return every time.

Dirty and very unfriendly

Riviera Hotel is NOT an excellent choice for travelers visiting Constanta or the Romanian riviera, and is NOT offering many helpful amenities designed to enhance your stay. To be avoided... it`s not clean, it`s not cheap, and is very unfriendly.
