Very clean hotel and excellent restaurants.
Excellent hotel, welcoming staff and supervised from arrival to departure for every need.
Very clean and modern rooms, a heated salt water pool and a nice spa, excellent dinner and breakfast.
Highly recommended.

Stunning hotel.
Tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean. The hotel restaurant serves food of the highest standard - there was not a single dish we did not like.
Hotel staff is at your disposal immediately and every request is answered perfectly.
Special mention should be made of the hotel manager, Ms. Dobrita Ildiko, who accompanied us from the first moment until departure, and made us feel like she was the only and most important person in the hotel. Her professionalism and personal approach to the guest definitely added a lot.

Perfect hotel for spa and wellness
We visited the hotel for few days and used all facilities and treatments.Excellent service, the staff was very friendly, very good therapists as well. Breakfast buffet offered a variety .The rooms were very specious and well maintained.Recommended for a break or spa wellness.

Not worth the money
So much wrong. The first room we were offered was so small that you couldn't get out of bed on one side. Room cleaning does not start until 2pm so rest after lunch was out of the question. There was a half finished bottle of wine on our balcony. We put our valuables in the safe and then it would not open. The reason? The battery was flat. The
food was OK but most of the wine list was not available. The waiter told us "a bug group drank it all". It would have made a good comedy sketch! Sovata is beautiful and we will return but not to this hotel.
