Hotel palace

We came here on a cruise tour from Istanbul.The hotel may be old in the distance of 5 minutes from the hotel center to mihailova street yuruyus.But my #Ivanahan and diners at the reception are very caring and lively.They can use English.The wifis is smooth.Maybe the entrance is accessible to those with disabilities.The breakfast is amazing.The rooms are also comfortable.I would recommend a nostalgic hotel to those arriving in Begrada.

bad experience

POSITIVE:good location
NEGATIVE: carpets and bathroop tiles and walls very dirty.
breakfast not very good-did not like the coffee at all
the staff did not speak English-very difficult to communicate
When I arrived to check -in there was nobody to help with the suitcases up the stairs,
Not friendly to disabled people

Bad hotel

This hotel was an absolute nightmare from the moment I checked in. The front desk staff was openly hostile, acting as though my presence was an inconvenience. My room, when I finally found it, smelled strongly of mildew and stale cigarette smoke, despite being a "non-smoking" room. The carpets were visibly stained, and the bathroom tiles were covered in a film of grime that suggested they hadn't been cleaned in weeks.
The air conditioning unit rattled so loudly throughout the night that sleep was impossible. When I tried calling the front desk to report the noise and the lack of clean towels, the phone just rang off the hook. The provided linens had suspicious yellow spots, and the mattress felt like a lumpy sack of concrete. To top it all off, there was no hot water in the morning. This place is a health hazard and a prime example of how not to run a hospitality business. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay to look elsewhere.

For those of us who dream to be Time Travelers

What a great opportunity to actually be in a hotel that traces back to the year 1923 and still functions perfectly well with its door-less antique lift, toilet set that works just fine a century on. Palace Hotel makes me feel like a time traveler, back to the future for at least one night. A national pride for Belgrade and a tourist treasure! And oh, do not miss the wheat loaf, and so many other breads baked on premises offered for the morning breakfast. It will make you smile all day!

very hotel in Belgrade with very friendly staff

The hotel is very well located 200 meters from cathedral and important sites. the city is very large so not everything is close to the hotel but the location of the hotel is very good. the very friendly staff and personalized attention. the breakfast buffet very good.
