A soothing stay
The butler service is quick as lightning but unobtrusive. Laundry presented at 10 am was back at 4 pm. The minibar was inviting. The hotel is only a few years old and the room has every whistle and bell you could hope for. Tremendous value for the price. A soothing stay

St. Regis Belgrade - Exceptional Service, Fantastic Location, and Outstanding Value!
We just returned from our stay at the St. Regis Belgrade and it was easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The service was truly outstanding — honestly, even better than what we've experienced in Switzerland. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely warm.The rooms are beautiful, modern, and feel brand new. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do.Food and Drinks
The food was amazing across the board. Breakfast and dinner were both highlights. The cocktails at the bar were some of the best we've had anywhere, especially when mixed with rakija — they were fantastic!Staff Highlights
The valet team was incredibly friendly and helpful every single time. The concierge went above and beyond, arranging an excellent car rental and a smooth transfer to the airport. It made our departure stress-free and comfortable.Overall, the St. Regis Belgrade is an absolute gem and offers fantastic value for the money. Horrendous
O Enid the worst experience in my whole life. The staff was racist and rude. The attempt was always to mislead the guest.
A. The Internet was switched off every night at 23.45 and wound cone back post 6 in the morning;
B. The hand napkins were shredded in the second highest category of suite that we were staying in;
C. The request for water bottles in the room had to be made multiple times before even drinking water was supplied;
D. The door bell in junior suite 712 would not ring and it was not repaired inspitebof repeated reminders;
E. The hot water was not coming regularly in room 712;
F. We had a credit of 600 USD, which at check out was initially not adjusted and we were advised that the same can o may be adjusted against Spa, room service and restaurant.
We were encouraged and sent to the spa. We went and purchased stuff from SPA and on return were told even this would not be adjusted.
The staff member instead of being apologetic for misleading is just kept on laughing with her colleagues and making gin in Serbian language which naturally we could not understand.
The experience was horrific and we would advise that the ASWIN’s should not go and stay at this property because the service is pathetic, staff not o my rude but racist.

Lovely Stay at The St. Regis Belgrade
My wife and I had a lovely stay at The St. Regis Belgrade. We are normally easygoing guests, but this stay truly lived up to the St. Regis standard. The location in Belgrade is excellent, and the overall experience was outstanding. We will definitely be back with our family on our next trip to Belgrade.

Nice Facilities. Inconsistent Service.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room is nice, spacious, and clean. The location is on the newly developed waterfront: a bit away from the old town, but offers nice river view and the convenience of lots of restaurants and shopping in the all next door. The staff is generally nice, but there were significant service gaps that, taken together, fell significantly short of expectations—particularly given the level the property aims to operate at. I did share all of the below feedback directly with management during my stay, and to their credit, they were receptive and appropriately apologetic.
Prior to arrival, I coordinated a simple room setup request (firm pillows and a blanket instead of a down comforter) and even reconfirmed it at check-in. Unfortunately, this had not been arranged, and housekeeping had to be called after I was already in the room.
Other basic services were also lacking, especially in the concierge/bell departments. There was no bell service on arrival. The concierge desk was frequently unattended throughout my stay. On one occasion, I asked the concierge to assist with a lunch reservation. No details were taken, and when I arrived at the restaurant, no reservation had been made. On another occasion, I asked for help to break a 5000 RSD (about $50) bill, I was told it couldn’t be done ("I can't help you" - words one should never hear from a concierge), fortunately a supervisor stepped in and immediatley solve the problem.
There were other gaps in basic guest support. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk about nearby Serbian food and was told there were no options—despite there being a Serbian restaurant in the mall next door. Similarly, when I inquired about the transition to summer time, staff seemed unsure and suggested I check online myself.
None of these issues individually are major, but collectively they point to a lack of coordination and attention to detail that impacts the overall guest experience. I do appreciate management’s responsiveness, and hope these are areas the hotel can improve going forward.
