Маленький уютный отель в курортной зоне Сербского исторического центра
Очень приятный район города, рядом заповедник и виноградники, много зелени и чистый воздух. Очень приветливый и добрый персонал, всегда готовы прийти на помочь по вопросам гостя. Есть вместительный ресторан для мероприятий. Вкусная еда и местные вина, обязательно стоит попробовать местную кухню.
Можно взять велосипед (бесплатно) и на нем объехать окрестности, но и пешие прогулки принесут удовольствие.
При бронировании номера обратите внимание на номера курильщиков, просмотрите этот пункт и получите номер с "дымком" :)
Автобусная остановка на маршрут в другой город в 5-7 минутах ходьбы, местный автобус останавливается напротив отеля.
Есть стабильный сигнал wi-fi, бесплатный.

Villa Belilo 69?No, thank you!
"Villa Belilo 69" 3* is a small hotel, located not far away from the one of Serbia's biggest cities Novy Sad. It is situated a few kilometers far from the motorway, but is surprisingly easy to find. We decided to spend a night there on our way to Greece and booked it in advance on Booking.com. Taking in consideration the price, I didn't expect it to be anything special. All we needed was a cozy room, a shower, clean bed-linen and a simple breakfast. Therefore, my expectations and demands weren't at all high, but this hotel somehow managed to make me feel fully disappointed. Unfortunately, none of my completely unassuming hopes was justified.
When we arrived we saw a lot of dressy people, celebrating some special event in hotel's restaurant. Neither them, nor hotel's staff paid any attention to us. After waiting near the check-in desk for a considerable amount of time, we decided to find hotel's receptionist ourselves. Like all the other members of the hotel's staff he was involved in serving the banquet and sounded even a bit annoyed when we asked him to show us our rooms. This was done in an enormous hurry. Standing on the stairs he just pointed at the doors of the rooms we booked, gave us the keys and immediately disappeared.
Hotel has three floors and we were given the rooms on the last one, which looked more like an attic. Maybe, that's the reason why our rooms were so awful, because those on second floor seemed to be much better. Our rooms might have been quite nice and cozy if they weren't so dirty and uncared-for. The furniture wasn't new and looked plain and shabby. It was all covered with a thick layer of dust. It was of such a poor quality that it was even dangerous to use it. For example, the dresser almost fell on me, when I tried to open it. But it soon turned out that we were lucky to have a dresser at all, because our friends didn't have any. There was only a strange plastic construction to hang your clothes on it. The sockets were literally hanging down from the walls, so we didn't dare to use them. The floor was awfully dirty and almost covered with strange wires, going from one hole in the wall to another. There were lots of splits and cracks on the ceiling and the walls were extremely dirty too. Dust, rubbish and cobwebs those were the "treasures" I have found in my room. After seeing all that I was not surprised when I found out that the bed-linen stinks.
The bathroom looked even worse. There were no cosmetics at all! We weren't offered even a bar of soap, whereas our friends found a tiny piece of used one on their sink. Our bathroom was also equipped with a shower cabin. However, it looked more like a do-it-yourself kit with lots of details and small pieces, which you should somehow put together in order to have a shower. Not only was the bathroom dirty, but there was also a strange wire hanging from the ceiling, which I think may be very dangerous.
Our room was also equipped with a TV-set and an air-conditioning system; however we had neither fridge nor hair drier. The room we booked was also said to have free Wi-Fi connection, but in fact it was impossible to access the Internet not only in the room, but also at the reception. The hotel also provides its guests with a free parking space, but the first thing I thought when I saw it was "Is it safe to leave my car here?". I decided to ask the hotel's receptionist about that and he assured me that everything would be okay. But he didn't manage to persuade me. That night I didn't succeed in having a good sleep, because I woke up several times to check whether everything is okay with my vehicle. Moreover, the music coming from the restaurant was so loud that hadn't I been so exhausted I would have never been able to fall asleep.
When we woke up next morning all we wanted was to leave as soon as possible. But being hungry we decided to have breakfast, which was by the way included in the price. My family was offered a loaf of bread, meat plate, a few pieces of butter and a bowl of jam. Our friends were travelling with their five-year old child and when they asked the manager whether they have something like kids menu, he made a puzzled face and brought a jar of cold milk and a box of cornflakes. The tea was served in cracked cups and tasted awful.
To sum up, I may in all sincerity say that it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It certainly doesn't deserve 3 stars. Keeping in mind that it was an economy-class hotel I may overlook the quality of furniture and even the breakfast. But I simply can't shut my eyes to the fact that the hotel was extremely dirty. The service was also of a very poor quality, because no one seemed to care a straw for us.
Considering all the things mentioned, I strongly recommend you never to visit this place and I dare say that it is a real shame that such a reliable source as Booking.com still recommends it.

Neposlovno i neprofesionalno
Boravio sam u vili početkom avgusta ove godine. Smeštajem sam bio zadovoljan, bio sam u sobi na prvom spratu. Iz njihove sale je dopirala glasna muzika koja je trajala do posle 01 h posle ponoći. Takođe, iz susednog objekta se čula muzika i glasna venitilacija.
Ono što mi je više zasmetalo je to, što i nakon više od dvadeset dana i dva urgiranja mi nisu ispostavili fiskalni račun koji mi je potreban za knjiženje troška u firmi.
Veliko je pitanje da li ću želeti i sledeći put da boravim na ovom mestu...
