I had a pleasant stay at Amrise Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a good choice for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby great shopping options.
While the room size is a bit compact, it ’s expected for the price and still provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s great value for money, especially for travelers looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay.
Would definitely consider staying here again!

Given damage room that can cause injury
I was a regular guest with the hotel till recently I was given a room that is damage that can cause injury. The door unable to close from outside as the handle not fucntioning. I had to tap my card just to close the door. Wire were laying on the floor and nail protruding on the floor as shown in the picture. Lucky I wasn’t barefooted and got spotted as it not only one but few more nails. In fact I was surprise the room was fully furnish with amenities , suggesting that the room can be used. If they said they gave a room by mistake , obviously the employee are incompetent and ignorant with the hotel. Disappointed.

1. Hotel located a fifteen minutes waking distance with a shopping centre. 👍
2. Ventilation and air conditioner is not good enough for Singapore climate, seemingly non built in ventilation inside washroom, sanitary is not good conditions. Notably, the bath tub is facing a crystal clear transparency window, definitely privacy lost due to a building is located opposite. But you can admire the local residents are cooking, doing yoga to explore this country truly. 👌
3. Luggages are allowed storage in front desk without any administrative procedures or tagged.👌
4. Telly is not well received the tv signal networks.😴
5. Clear, tidy, bedsheets are replaced regularly 👍

Friendly Hotel staff with nice location
I had an absolutely wonderful and memorable 8-night stay at Amrise Hotel Kitchener Road!
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel provided a pleasant environment that made it easy to relax and enjoy my time.
I would especially like to give a huge compliment to Manager TC. His professionalism, quick decision making and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly impressive. Whenever there was a situation that needed attention, he handled it efficiently and with great care, always ensuring that everything was resolved beyond expectations. It’s rare to see such commitment, and it made a big difference in my overall experience.
A big thank you as well to Suzy and one of the Filipino staff members, who were both incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. They always greeted me with a smile and were ready to assist whenever needed, which made me feel very comfortable and valued as a guest.
The level of service from the team really stood out and turned a good stay into a great one. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made my time there even more enjoyable.
I truly appreciate all the effort put in by the staff, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Air condition a little bit stuffy at starting. After 2 hours the cooling circulate.
