Friendly Staff and Nice Hotel Atmosphere

Pop and Nedu provided exceptional service during my check-in. They were attentive, patient, and made sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Their warm and welcoming attitude really set a great first impression. Thank you for going the extra mile!
The hotel ambience is also great — clean, comfortable, and has a nice, relaxing vibe.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great first impression!

Basic. Our room was not soundproof and we woke up every night/morning from noise of other guests leaving. Carpets were drenched with air fresheners that gave me a headache.
Air conditioning worked well and the location was quite convenient, close to the shopping malls.

Reasonable hotel but a little far out from everything you'd need in the city. I picked as I had business nearby.

Excellent experience for business travelers.

I wanted to extend sincere thank you to the front- desk team. From check-in to departure, the service was seamless and incredibly professional. A special thanks for Mei Yee n Nazwan to upgrade my room. It made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning soon.
