Great hotel and fantastic stay

Just returned from an 8 night stay. The hotel is fabulous and we had an awesome stay from the minute we arrived to the day we departed.
All areas are so clean and tidy. Our cleaner (floor 38) was fantastic, she kept our room so clean. The kids loved how she arranged their teddies every day. The pool was great.
The location is also great, and benefits from having the City Hall MRT station below. The hotel also sits above the Raffles City shopping centre, which was really handy. Plenty on places to eat at breakfast or dinner at a reasonable price on the bottom floor or food hall.
Thank for making our holiday so fantastic.

Five star luxury and service!

Fabulous hotel!!
The staff in the Executive Lounge were wonderful and extremely attentive.
Penny was amazing and went above and beyond to look after us and the other guests.
She is an asset to the hospitality team!
We will definitely be staying at the hotel again next time we visit Singapore.
Highly recommend

A Comfotable Stay

A very comfortable hotel.
As Platinum members we were able to use the lounge which provided copious amounts of food for both breakfast and dinner.. as well as being a comfortable seating area with great views of the Marina.
One improvement would be if they employed two egg chefs at breakfast time. There were long queues and I was unable to have eggs on two mornings. One egg chef didn’t seem enough.
The room was very comfortable and again with fabulous views especially on level 20 where we were. The longe was on level 21 and curved around the building quite pleasingly.
I would recommend this hotel … and it’s next to the MRT

Elegant property attached to the upscale Raffles City shopping center. Acces is also available through the City Hall MRT station. Room was on the smaller side, but very modern and efficient. And of course the view was AMAZING. We woke up every day to a post card of the Marina Bay Sands, the Art Science Museum, the Esplanade, the National Art Gallery and the Singaporean Skyline. Breakfast was a highlight of the trip. Plenty of Asian staples, including Laksa, dumplings and all kind of goodies we were more than happy to try. The pool was just Ok, though it was outdoors and offered partial view of the area. Location is super convenient like I mentioned. We bought a transit card and took the MRT everywhere right from the shopping center (including to/from Changi Airport). Is a pricey option (Singapore itself is one of the most expensive cities in the world), but if you value view and convenience I recommend this place 100%
