Really great in general, wasnt expecting it to
Be that good for the that cheap of a price. Went there with my 3 friends and not a single one of us wasn’t satisfied. The staff were very kind, room was clean, price was very cheap and the location was 10/10. Highly recommended for other people traveling to aiya Napa.

Extremely Unsafe and Unhygienic Stay – Avoid This Hotel

I stayed at Flora Maria Hotel and unfortunately had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. The conditions were unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard:
• The room, refrigerator, and balcony were very dirty.
• Walls were yellowed, and shockingly, there were used socks hanging from a tree outside the balcony.
• I found used ear sticks on the floor.
• The shower leaked, the tap didn’t work properly, and there was no floor drain in the bathroom, so water collected and stayed on the floor.
• The bathroom ceiling itself was leaking water.
• Dirty linen and an unpleasant smell filled the room.
• The bathroom also had hairs left from previous guests.
• The balcony door didn’t close properly, which felt unsafe given the room was on the first floor facing a busy street.
• The pool was dirty and gave off a bad smell.
The most serious issue: every key could open every room. My friend stayed next door, and by chance we discovered our keys worked in each other’s rooms. This is an extreme security risk and absolutely unacceptable.
I have videos also of other problems but can’t upload here.
I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel until these serious issues are resolved.

The air conditioning barely puts out cold air and the room is just a carpet in the middle of nowhere and the refrigerato

The rooms are carpeted, they are in a mess, the electricity turns off if we move the curtain, the bathroom has no ventilation, it smells constantly and they say we have room cleaning, they never came in to clean the sheets, they had stains and hairs.

Worst hotel I have seen in my life ! Avoid

Honestly don’t know where to start with this just avoid like the plague !
We were away as a big group In a villa however we had to check out early on our last day and we had 12 cases to store so we booked this hotel for 2 nights to cover our last day solely for somewhere to store our cases for the last day and this came up the cheapest in the area.
Went to check in a was lead to the annex at the back of the hotel and I can honestly say this place should not even be allowed to be open! If I had booked to actually stay here I would have turned round and walked straight out . The hotel is absolutely vile cannot describe the smell we were greeted by when we opened the room door but it made 4 of us physically gag and almost spew! The room was riddled with damp and damp patches everywhere on walls and ceiling the kitchen was disgusting and falling apart I wouldn’t even let my dog eat in there !
Lights were hanging off the walls , curtains hanging off and it was filthy. Blue lights in the bedroom made it feel like a brothel !
We were intending to have a quick shower here and get changed before the airport but couldn’t stay in there any longer than putting our bags in and out and would have felt dirtier having a shower in there ☹️
I feel so so sorry to anyone who has booked a holiday here , I know it’s cheap and you get what you pay for but this place is something else !

WORST HOLIDAY FROM HELL

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE. you do not stay at the place shown on the images. they walk you 5 minutes down the road to a residential trap house. It seemed as though the place we were in was a genuine housing for refugees. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. STAY AWAY PLEASE
