Small central accommodation
To put it first, I don't realize how the 8.7 Fabulous rating on Booking.com is supposed to have come about.
The best thing about this accommodation is probably the very good location and friendly staff. However, the price/performance ratio does not match. The rooms, with the exception of D4 and D6, are only available for one person. For 2 people much too small, no storage facilities for the luggage brought, In the bathroom there is a lack of comfort such as storage facilities and wall hooks for the wet towels (but this is a general problem worldwide). The doors were slammed shut very often, as the locking mechanism does not work correctly from the outside. The breakfast is very clear and simple and about quality can be disputed and those who like it quiet should not book a room to the street. In addition, in our room D5 the toilet goggle was severely damaged. Even after multiple contact with the property, I deliberately avoid the word “hotel”, the promised service to order and pick up a rental car could not be performed correctly, which was ultimately very annoying and caused additional costs. No matter how other travellers rate this accommodation, I wouldn't want to book here again, certainly not for this price.

Nice location hotel
The rooms are big enough for 2 people, so we stayed 3 people so there was some congestion. We have a home-comfortable and secure stay. The evening worker entrusted the hotel to you and we looked at it. I don't know how lucky the guests were, they were calm and courteous.Meltem from the hotel staff (particularly an unforgettable employee) was eager to help with everything so we could pass through in a very courteous environment. What needed to be improved was challenging for 3 people to heat thermosphon water in the rooms. Breakfast could be more adequate and varied. It’s best to have a kettle for hot water at the workout. Room cleaning and towels were done daily, or the overday would be more healthy. Then there’s a soft wall cover for the pigeons who hit the wall in the garden, at least strafor, etc. I would love something like that. The garden area is birds, fish, and the hotel''s location was beautiful. It’s within walking distance. There are vehicles to get everywhere from the spot called the gate. I still recommend rags for everything.

Excellent boutique hotel
We booked this hotel with friends. It is a small boutique hotel within walking distance to the centre of Lefkosia with lots of restaurants and cafes. The hotel has very friendly staff, is very clean and with lovely bedrooms. There is a sweet outdoor garden at the back where we enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Centrally located in the North of Nicosia
Room was spacious, and clean and centrally located, everything is walkable.
Reception/downstairs they speak clear English and very helpful.
Breakfast continental and sufficient.
Hot water issue in the room which was a bit of a nuisance. Their was a switch but still no luck.
