Would definitely come back again
Hotel on the edge of the old town, all sights are within walking distance! The hotel's own parking lot was very convenient
Room with a large balcony (5th floor) and a view of the Danube, everything very clean and spacious! Street noise unfortunately a nightmare!! Mattress high-quality!
Breakfast buffet very good.
The prepayment of the entire minibar (€140) was a bit strange, but it was refunded without any complications (the drinks not consumed)
Staff friendly.

Bad hotel
This hotel was bad—poor service, bad vibes, and an unfair charge for the bed linens (a real rip-off, by the way). I hope for their sake it wasn't because of my background.

A nice one
A nice hotel with nice service, good room and excellent breakfast. We were disappoint a bit because we paid 30 euros on a beer stains on the sheets

The fee was not a fine, but a necessary compensation for the extra costs incurred. The bedding was severely stained by the spilled beer, making it impossible to clean through our standard laundry process. Furthermore, to provide your family with an immediate replacement duvet during the night, we had to take one from another room. As a result, that room could no longer be sold to other guests for the night.We always try to assist our guests promptly, but these unexpected damages and logistics created significant additional expenses for our hotel. Very welcoming, friendly and some very kind and helpfully professional staff.
Location was good, Atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, room was ok though slightly overpriced, it was very clean and neat. Very quiet, no noise from other guests or staff but noisy and busy roof when balcony door is opened. Service was also very good.., helpful, pleasant and very friendly staff. Can’t comment much on amenities because we do not get use them but we got the feeling it would have good.

Great location. Staff friendly, polite and efficient. More sachets of coffee required, only 2 per double room given each day!
