The location of Penzion Repnik is great, you are quickly on the Velika Planina, in the beautiful little Old Town and at the Arboretum ... and also in Ljubljana (if you want). Of course there is more to see:)
We had the top room for 3 nights with balcony and garden view, so it was totally quiet and we could switch off really well. The room itself was very cozy and the bathroom very clean:)
Breakfast was always fresh and very delicious, especially the fresh bread and pastries! Alex always made us a super delicious egg dish in the morning and there was also homemade cake. ❤️
We were also eating twice in the restaurant next door and can really highly recommend this, it was really delicious! Best to reserve(!), as it was often quite crowded.
We also had fun and nice conversations with Alex again and again, which made us feel very welcome :)
Thanks again to Alex (and her family) for this lovely getaway. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!:)

Comfortable & convenient base for exploring Kamnik & Ljubljana!
The location is a 5-10 minute drive to central Kamnik, which is the only downside if you want to be able to walk straight out of your door into the city, but it worked for us. It's about a 40-minute drive to Ljubljana, so it's also a nice base to explore the city as well.
Overall, a great place to stay to explore both Kamnik and Ljubljana!

Absolutely recommended
The location of the hotel is convenient to see Slovenia as it is near in the middle of the country.
We spend here 5 nights, and visited a lot of interesting Slovenia places.
Wi-Fi is strong with a good speed. We were in room 8 on the second floor - at night it was perfect silence and tranquility.
The breakfast menu included home made fresh bread, sausages, ham, liver paté and pastry.
Thank you Alex. We felt at home.

Beautiful new house with well-kept garden and delicious little breakfast. No self-service machines available.
Large double room, well furnished with everything you need.
Highly recommended. Clothes had closed the restaurant of the same name.
