Almost perfect.
We recently stayed at Mount Heaven and had a lovely experience overall. The property offers great amenities and our room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and always ready to help. the main restaurant for the warm, attentive service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sunil Resident Manager

Beautiful View with Peaceful Atmosphere
The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful mountain views, especially from the rooftop restaurant area. Check-in went smoothly and the staff members were helpful during our stay.
The room was reasonably comfortable and clean, and the hotel provided one king bed and one single bed which was convenient for our family. Room service was also good.
However, there were some areas that could be improved. The hotel did not accept payment in USD and only accepted local currency with a slightly higher exchange rate than expected. Wi-Fi connection was very weak during our stay, and even after requesting assistance, there was no noticeable improvement. Mobile data was also weak in the area, so stronger hotel Wi-Fi would really help guests.
We also experienced a small water leakage issue inside the room, although it was attended to after informing the staff. The air conditioning unit had noticeable noise and was not cooling strongly, although the cool Ella weather made it manageable for us.
Breakfast options were limited, with no buffet available and only a small à la carte selection.
Overall, it was a decent value-for-money stay mainly because of the peaceful environment and beautiful mountain views.

Very welcome by traditional dancers, good dinner but a little greasy, little digestible. Good pdj.

WORST HOTEL - DONT STAY HERE!!!
Here are a list of things which made us have the worst stay
Toilet didnt flush
No hot water
Bad customer service, we called them 3 times and they kept ignoring us
Breakfast was awful, dry and infested with flys
We had 3 cockroachs in our bathroom
A giant fan drum on our balcony which kept going off every 20 minutes so no sleep
Also the staff or other guest kept shouting outside our room at 1am
Hotel was an absolutely JOKE.
Just because they have great views, they think they can operate a hotel with the worst service.
When I suggested to manager, he goes thanks for the feedback, we will discuss this in the next managers meeting haha....WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Beautiful view but terrible sustenance
Very clean
Only guests in hotel so no buffet
Not a lot of choice being vegetarian- noodles, rice is veg curry!!
Desert choice was fruit and ice cream
Ordered breakfast for the next day-cereal, omelette, toast, sausages, vegetables and fresh fruit
Got pancakes, just in name French toast, sausages, vegetables s as nd fruit as we were walking out of the dining area !!
