A perfect rest place
The view was stunning. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool! The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel close to the clouds
Very very beautiful hotel with lot of lush and greenary in and around the hotel premises.Rooms are clean but needed to improve certain areas.Food were average yet needed some improvement on food taste.We had a good time there singing in the evening.View point is good for photos but senior people like us needed a strong railing to hold there when heavy winds are there.Their infinity pool is beautiful .Overall it's a nature friendly hotel an ideal for photos , relaxation and for nature lovers.We felt that we were near the clouds during this stay.

A True Hidden Gem in Sri Lanka
Our stay at Green Acres Leisure Resort was beyond incredible! From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking views and serene atmosphere set the tone for a perfect retreat. The hospitality was on another level. Every single staff member was incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive to all our needs. The food? Absolutely delicious. This is hands-down the place to go if you’re looking to relax and soak in nature.
But what truly blew us away was what happened after we checked out. Our car broke down on a hill, and we were stranded. Despite us no longer being official guests, the resort staff went above and beyond. They brought us drinks and food throughout the day and helped us locate a mechanic. They even welcomed us back to the lounge to ensure we were comfortable while we waited. Their generosity even extended to offering us a cup of tea at their homes!
This was Sri Lankan hospitality at its finest—compassionate, thoughtful, and heartfelt. Green Acres Leisure Resort didn’t just give us a great stay, they gave us an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend them enough!
I also want to give a huge shout-out to some amazing individuals who made our experience even more special. Jayasuriya, Sanduni, Kavindu, Danuka, Yasiru, Akila, Anula and the entire team was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring we were always comfortable. Their dedication truly brought the resort's hospitality to life!
Thanks to the entire team - you didn't just provide a holiday, you created a heartfelt memory we'll cherish for years, We'll definitely be back!

Paradise on the Edge!
Greenacres Leisure Resort absolutely blew me away. I had a full itinerary planned for our week in Sri Lanka, and I actually rearranged everything so we could stay here on our first night — and I’m so glad I did. My only disappointment is that we stayed for just one night.
After a long flight from London and a couple of hours’ drive, the final 10 minutes up the winding cliff roads felt a little nerve-racking, but it was completely worth it. We arrived just in time for sunset and were welcomed with a refreshing cucumber and mint sorbet, which was such a lovely touch.
The infinity pool is, without question, the most beautiful pool I’ve ever been in. At sunset, sunrise, or any time of day, it was simply breathtaking. It genuinely felt dreamlike, and I know I’ll never forget it.
Our room, on the right-hand side of the pool on the first floor, had the most incredible views from both the balcony and the room itself. After a long day of travel, we had a wonderful night’s sleep.
The food was excellent — far better than some reviews had suggested. The garlic chicken pasta was one of the best I’ve ever had, and my husband is still talking about the mutton curry. Between the stunning mountain sunrise, birdsong, temple sounds from the village below, and the wonderful staff, this is genuinely one of my all-time favourite hotel stays.
If I could go back, I’d stay for a full week.
