Family Stay
The staff were super nice and helpful, especially Madushani and Nimesh from reception. They were always friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The spa was also great! The prices were reasonable and the treatments were really relaxing. We had a couple’s massage with Nadee and Sewwandi, and both therapists were excellent.
The only thing that could have been better was dinner. Since we were on a half-board package, we were expecting a slightly larger spread but the variety was quite limited and didn’t really meet our expectations . Breakfast, however, was much better with lots of options to choose from.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff.

Amazing place, great food friendly staff
The hotel staff were very proactive and were kind enough to arrange many activities for us. They set up a special roof top dinner for my husband and I as we were on our honeymoon, which was a beautiful experience!
They also arranged transport and sorted out whale watching for us along with a quick tour around Mirissa.
We requested a massage and they promptly arranged everything and brought the masseuse down to the hotel.
Overall their hospitality was very impressive and we highly recommend hotel Ferola

They go the extra mile all the time to ensure your stay is special. Breakfast is excellent with all cusines available.
The NY eve gala dinner had live music, superb food banquet and a beach bbq. Seafood, meat and sushi available. Like a wedding feast. Great fun and well organised.
