worst place ever

ugly place to stay, heaters not working, ZERO Cleanliness, no water during the Night, Rooms cannot be Locked, Water heaters not working, Washrooms locked in in one room during our stay and even the staff could not open the same
Had an Ugly Heater Jug and won't boil warer.

Worst place ever!!!!

Watch out, this place is 100% scam!!! If you found it on booking.com like us, the pictures do not depict the truth about this accommodation at all. You can find some real pictures attached to this post. We arrived late at night and got into our horrible room through a ‚kitchen‘ with very dirty dishes everywhere.
It was currently raining and the roof was leaking so that there was a puddle on the floor and there was black mould everywhere, including the curtains that were covered so thickly that their original color was not visible anymore. We started coughing and almost couldn‘t breathe or stay in this room after at most 10 minutes because the air was so damp and irritant. We also killed several critters everywhere in the room and did not even dare to touch anything. The bathroom clearly has not been cleaned but just sprayed with water, leaving it still wet and with hair everywhere. We decided to leave instantly and found another accommodation. We had to pay the cancellation fees.
To prevent this from happening to others that only check booking.com for information and reviews, we have addressed this to booking.com separately. The scam works because the owners can claim a ‚no show‘ (which was true in our case but might also work in other cases) so that it is not possible to review the place officially.

Poor service and uncleaned property

One of the sickest bungalows ever visited. Not satisfied at all with the service or with the facilities. House seem to be very dirty even though the scenic view is very attractive. There was no caretaker for preparing food as said at the time of booking, we did it on our own since the kitchen looked so aweful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Short visit

A very basic place! No signage of place.
This place needs a lot of refurbishment....I can go on writing all the negatives but will stop here.
Booked for 3 nights, but checked out after one night...Will not go there again...
However the care taker Kasun was a Very nice guy who was very helpful.

Really beautyful place need major upgrade

Placed in a scenic environment. A renovated building from an old house. Old clumsy doors need to be removed. Ceiling should be renovated well. Bathrooms need upgrade. Its worth for a price of 1500-2000. Caretaker is very good and supportive.
