Worst experience in our tour

i been there 5 march with my wife and my daughter for one night stay and when we reach to the hotel they show us a room it very small room and there was two guys as staff they are not professionals and they need us to pay them immediately in that time we didn't had any other options, we paid 20000LKR absolutely overpriced, hot water was not working in the bathroom, there was heating system which is not working we had big trouble during the night with our 3 years old daughter and it was not possible to lock our door from the room we felt very unsafe there, we are not recommend this place to anyone, far from city and unsafe road to the hotel and very dirty place, it was the worst experience in our life.

Our Stay

We stayed here for a day and it was a really beautiful experience for us…we highly recommend this hotel specially for couples…Our stay with them was filled with happiness and a beautiful view…We would like to specially recommend Roshan, who served us with love and respect during our time with them..Thank you for making our Trip more enjoyable and memorable

Worst experience, dirty place!!!!

We informed your staff that we needed to cancel the second night of our booking because my husband’s mother was admitted to the hospital, and we had to urgently book return flight tickets to Amman. Unfortunately, the staff refused to cancel, which is unacceptable.
In addition to this, the room conditions were extremely poor and completely different from what was shown in the photos:
• The room was dirty.
• The bathroom was filthy, with toilet paper left unflushed upon our arrival.
• The bed cover was torn.
• The TV did not work.
• The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting.
• The fridge was in a terrible state — very dirty and unhygienic.
I personally work at one of the largest hotels in Amman, and I know very well that cancellations can be made under such circumstances. Refusing to do so shows that your hotel is simply prioritizing money over guest satisfaction and basic hospitality.
This experience has been deeply frustrating, and it is especially unacceptable for guests who are on their honeymoon. Your hotel should not be advertised as suitable for such occasions.

Disappointing service, unclean bedding and towels, limited menu, cold food, but a stunning terrace view.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience. The service was disappointing and did not match the promises made on their website, which seem misleading to attract international customers.
- I never received the welcome drink that was promised to me.
- Bath towels were not provided. When we asked for them, they were dirty, damp, and there were only three for four people.
- The bed sheets were also dirty.
- The menu was very limited, with few decent options.
- The food was cold and unappetizing, served with warm water.
- Breakfast was also cold and offered little choice, giving the impression of takeaway service for toast and eggs.
One positive point: the stunning view from the hotel terrace.
