Very nice!

Had a very nice stay! Room was large and this was the first stay with a good hot shower!
Location was good, everything was fine walkable and is located along a quiet road so that was very nice.
Breakfast was perfect and more than enough.
Highly recommended!

A very cute unique place to stay

This place is lovely and very unique, with lovely surroundings, however the building needs some TLC, as the small details that were probably what once set this place apart are becoming what will let it become rundown.

Lovely hotel. Close to town. Great room and great breakfast. Cocktails at the Grand Hotel recommended

Overnight stay

Comfortable beds although only one bed had a blanket and it did get really cold during the night. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Wet room with lovely hot water showers. We had to leave early but they gave us a packed breakfast - mind you the omelette sandwich didn’t go down very well!

A Must stay !

Warm welcome and bags taken to room. Pay upfront no card. Coffee brought up to room as a welcome which was lovely. Fridge in room very cold and proper milk for tea! Room bright and clean, bathroom really lovely with wet room shower- best shower so far in Sri Lanka!
Had visited centre in the day and didn’t feel like going out so they offered an egg pancake and a cheese one- delish!
Good nights sleep and breakfast was superb- plate of local fruits, freshly baked drop scone and warm cake followed by omelette which was the best!
All people at the hotel were warm and welcoming, imparting good advice on what to see and nice conversation.
For a safe, quiet, clean and welcoming stay look no further!
