Paradise Found: Villa Ali's Beauty & Taste

Villa Ali is an absolute gem! The place is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush trees and colorful flowers —it truly feels like a little paradise.
One of the biggest highlights was the food prepared by Rohan. The taste is simply **indescribable**—every meal was fresh, delicious, and full of authentic flavor. You can tell it’s made with love and care.
Rohan, the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place with amazing food and genuine hospitality, Villa Ali is the perfect choice. Highly recommended! ✨

A peaceful place

Been here for 3 nights and loved that villa a lot. Very clean and spacious room all new and lovely decorated. Fantastic garden. The owner Rohan is friendly and very helpful. Food is delicious and Wifi works good. Great place I recommend. Thank you

Clean place and delicious food

Our TukTuk driver recommended this place and it had been wonderful. The owner is a very good cook and he made us every morning a smoothie for breakfast. It's a bit outside but lovely. And last but not least it is very clean!

Great family holiday

A typically friendly Sri Lankan run b&b or rent the whole villa like we did , very friendly and helpful.breakfast could be English or local food . Evening meals to a high standard cooked Sri Lankan style. The fish purchased from the fish market the day of eating was the best we as family have ever eaten butter fish I believe , and at a reasonable price beats any restaurant in the area for size and quality,
The accommodation very clean and all rooms have a/c & showers ,you are about 20 mins on a bike to a great beach,or a 5 min tuk tuk drive.If you are into wild this is the place,great variety of tropical birds with chip munks and monkeys fruit bats lizards are regularly observed,ohh and Rohan is a great adviser for trips or taxi around Sri Lanka great holiday brown family , thanks!,,

Spice Garden!

The only reason for the "very good" is that there was a opening above one of the doors in the room, which gave onto the communal area, so we didn't have complete privacy (it let some bugs in too); and the location - although we did know this - which meant that we always had to take a TukTuk to explore the area. That said Rohin (the owner) has a lovely friend who owns a TukTuk, so this wasn't a major problem.
Leaving all that aside: the garden is fantastic! Rohin has accumulated a wide variety of fruit trees and spices in his wonderful garden. Make sure you have dinner here one night, as Rohin is a fantastic cook (using ingredients from his garden - make sure to ask for the freshly made cinnamon tea;) breakfast is also delicious.. The bed was comfortable and the location of the property makes for a peaceful night's sleep.
Finally his beautiful dog Ali...we hope to meet her again soon.
