Relaxation in the top class

Fantastic experience and a lovely little intimate hotel. There is a wonderful mix between relaxation and privacy
Incredibly cozy rooms, lovely pool, the most relaxing outdoor environment, lovely evening-vibe in the bar and a fantastic dinner, which really gets demanded by the skilled chefs.
Genial location - 70 meters to the most beautiful white sandy beach.
If you’re for something quiet, smaller and relaxing with a nice atmosphere, then Kasuku Villa is the place.
Great recommendation!

A wonderful relaxing stay

Kasuku villa is a beautiful little guesthouse with a special charm. A small pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, and the rooms and restaurant with bar are lovingly decorated with natural materials. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, rolls, pancakes, and much more. We will definitely come again

Kasuku Villa is perfect

Kim my brother from another mother. His whole team are definitely adorable and are so charming people who welcome and take care so good of their guest. Kasuku Villa is perfect to enjoy the beach in one minute by feet and discover Jambiani village, appreciate nature and good moments with smiling and sweat people

An unpleasant surprise

Perhaps you have to be here in the peak of high season for all the excellent reviews to make sense. it’s a sweet place with a hippy vibe in a good location right by the beach, but beyond that, it leaves much to be desired. staff hang out all day in the main courtyard (Kim’s Restaurant) looking disinterested, rooms are pretty bleak and unbearably hot (there’s also nowhere to hang anything), and the bright, characterful murals and communal decor is in stark contrast to the complete lack of enthusiasm shown by everyone (other than Kim — who was very nice, but seems to spend very little time there other than the occasional brief drop in). All signs for the restaurant also announce that there is free wifi (which most basic guesthouses on Zanzibar offer, even if it’s only in the communal areas). I asked about the wifi several times — at first staff just fobbed me off with ‘not now’. When we had dinner at Kim’s, they finally (grudgingly) switched it on for an hour, then immediately turned it off when we went back to our room. Having been bowled over by the welcoming, friendly, interesting people in Zanzibar — and everywhere else I have stayed there — Kasuku Villas was an unpleasant surprise.
