An exceptional stay at Zan Tropical Jambiani✨
I would like to give a special mention to Kelvin, Winnie, Jessica, and the entire team. They were incredibly attentive, always available, smiling, and genuinely caring. They provided us with great advice whenever we needed it, responded to our requests with professionalism, and made our stay even more special.
We even had a floating breakfast, beautifully organized by the whole team, with singing and dancing to celebrate the moment. It was a wonderful, authentic, and truly unforgettable experience.
Another major highlight is that, by staying at Zan Tropical, we were able to access the different hotels of the Zan group. This is a real advantage: you pay for one hotel, but you get to enjoy several spaces, several pools, different atmospheres, and different hotel settings. It truly feels like you are enjoying multiple experiences in one stay.
The food also deserves a special mention. The chef is very accommodating, attentive, and can even prepare a special dish for you if it is not on the menu. I had a beautiful seafood platter prepared especially for me, and it was absolutely delicious. The meals were excellent, generous, beautifully presented, and the service was always impeccable.
The team is present at all times, always with a smile, without ever being intrusive. You feel supported, respected, and genuinely welcomed.

We stayed at Zan Tropical Jambiani in the presidential suite, and our experience was simply magnificent.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great attention, kindness, and a true sense of hospitality. The setting is paradise-like: the hotel is located by the sea, with an incredible view, a calm and relaxing atmosphere, a magnificent infinity pool, and perfect spaces to fully enjoy Zanzibar.
I would like to give special mention to Kelvin, Winnie, Jessica, and the entire team. They were incredibly attentive, always available, smiling, and attentive to our needs. They knew how to advise us when necessary, respond to our needs with great professionalism, and make our stay even more special.
We even enjoyed a breakfast on the water, organized with the entire team, in an incredible atmosphere, with singing and dancing to celebrate this moment. It was a magnificent, authentic, and truly unforgettable gesture.
