⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional hospitality – and a special thank you to Chef Yussuph
This was entirely our mistake, so the way the hotel handled the situation was a genuine example of exceptional hospitality. They could easily have taken advantage of the situation within the terms of the booking charging a no show fee - but they chose to help us instead.
That level of goodwill and customer service deserves special recognition.
And then there was Chef Yussuph. ❤️
He was one of the highlights of our stay. He prepared the food fresh at the barbecue station directly at the beach, was extremely friendly and clearly takes great pride in what he does. The food was fresh, delicious and full of flavour, but what made the experience special was his personal interaction with the guests and his genuine passion for cooking.
A very special thank you to Chef Yussuph! You made our evening memorable.
And thank you to the entire team at Sansi Kendwa for your exceptional hospitality and for turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a really enjoyable stay.
We will definitely remember our stay – and hopefully come back one day!

So many memories
Family hotel very far from impersonal firms.
Wonderful staff always concerned with your well-being.
Beautiful infrastructure (family-oriented)
In contact with the locals which allows for constant immersion.
I recommend it.

Relaxing time
