Karabai Villa

Peace, tranquility and a beautiful home throughout
This is my 4th time to visit, and I can only say it keeps getting better! The owner has recently refurbished the house with beautiful light grey ceramic tiles that combine with traditional flooring. Brand new kitchen, and the pool is amazing as ever. House manager Ali and the staff are top shelf. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with comfy pillows. I "hate" writing a great review because i want to keep it a secret! Without doubt my favorite place to stay in ZNZ. Can't receommend it enough, it's paradise. If you want lots of noisy neighbours and strangers sharing your hotel pool, this is not the place for you. Peace, tranquility and a beautiful home throughout.

Read this before taking a decision
This is a debatable place to evaluate it depend on your preferences and number of travelers , first thing you have to decide if you are taking the whole place or just a room in the villa, it is not a resort it is a private villa so do not expect a lot in terms of shared facilities , the swimming pool is great , the garden is nice , the access to the ocean is good during low tide time but not for swimming just for hanging near the shore,
But what else can you do ? just relaxing, if that what you are looking for it is OK
if you have big family and will use the whole place and not planning to go anywhere else this will do the job , but if you are a couple and looking for privacy I do not recommend the place ,
The tap water is salty not very fresh looks like from a salty well, soap will not foam easily,
I asked for shampoo or liquid soap but not available
The staff is very much polite and cooperative ,
The food is OK (not high quality) and not worth the value , not too much alternatives , the upper room is having a very nice view but have a very strange bathroom setup inside the room with only a wooden barrier (so embracing) even if you are a couple ,
The worst thing on this place (I read about it before going but did not thought it is that level of tragedy) the road to the place , around 3 KM of rough road to an extent I haven't seen all around the island , the road full of deep holes and rocks even in safari never saw a road like this one (actually it is not a road it is a natural path without any paving , you can not go anywhere after dark so if you want to have a dinner in nearby hotels or restaurants is is impossible , I was having a rented car but no way to use this road after sunset, so the summery I do not recommend for a couple the place as privacy is not perfect , for big family it is Ok provided that you will not go anywhere else but not more than 3 days otherwise you will get bored
But what else can you do ? just relaxing, if that what you are looking for it is OK

A beautiful property with wonderful staff in a stunning, peaceful location.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive and really enhanced my experience at the property, which is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The pool area is a superb spot soak up the sun and watch the ocean.

Great holiday in Karabi villa
Karabi villa was heaven on earth, there is power in the ocean when you sit and watch from the veranda surrounded by lush plants. The villa itself is luxurious, very wooden and tastefully decorated. Went with friends but the house is so big that I managed to read quietly and privately when I chose to. There is a fishing market 10 minutes away where I was surprised to discover how many varieties of seafood I can purchase to eat on a few days trip! Went on walks around the villa and people are just so friendly.
There is a fantastic chef who always wants to be preparing food, snacks, drinks. There was a cleaner who kept the house so spotless and the bedsheets so straight lol. There was a driver Ali who took me to other beaches nearby for visits. All in all I felt like a queen. Magical place and I will go back soon for my birthday party.
