Excellent stay.
We spent 3 days where we received the best service. Everyone has a great disposition and joy in serving.
I am celiac, a condition that does not exist in Tanzania. They took all necessary precautions and expanded the menu so that I could eat just like all the other guests. This is how incredible they are!
Moreover, the place is a dream come true. The animals walk just a few meters from the rooms. At night, you can hear lions roaring. A paradise.
Thanks especially to Ángela for so much affection, attention, and for sharing a piece of your life with us in Tanzania.

Wonderful experience
What an amazing experience! We have never been so well looked after in a lodge - the extra effort, the help when our tire was flat, Angel taking us out on a bush walk, the food, the very kind and friendly people! It was wonderful and we cannot thank you enough!

Beautiful accommodation
It is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms/tents are very comfortable, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We definitely recommend this accommodation, also for families with children.

More than a safari camp – it felt like coming home
We spent three unforgettable nights at Salinero Serengeti Camp, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our entire Tanzania trip. While the stunning location and beautiful tents are incredible, what truly makes this place exceptional is the people.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt less like guests and more like family. We were welcomed by the entire team with singing and dancing, and the same heartfelt farewell awaited us when it was time to leave. It could easily have felt staged, but it didn't. It was incredibly genuine, warm and authentic, and you could truly feel how much the staff cared about every guest. We left with tears in our eyes.
Throughout our stay, every member of the team was attentive, friendly and genuinely interested in making our experience as special as possible. One small gesture perfectly illustrates their exceptional hospitality. During our stay, a larger group with several young children was also at the camp. Without us mentioning anything, the staff thoughtfully arranged both our breakfasts and dinners on the beautiful pool terrace instead of the main restaurant. This allowed us to enjoy peaceful meals while also giving the larger group the space to relax together.
The tents are beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. Waking up to the breathtaking view directly from our bed or sitting on the terrace watching wildlife in the Serengeti felt almost surreal. It honestly felt like living inside a nature documentary.
One of the most unforgettable aspects of staying here is that you are truly in the middle of the wilderness. We regularly watched animals from our terrace, heard lions and hyenas during the night, and one curious hyena even came right up to our window to have a look inside! It was an incredible mix of excitement and wonder. Despite being surrounded by wildlife, we never felt unsafe. The guests are always escorted between the tents and the main area after dark.
The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and high quality every day. We also appreciated that our guide, Yohana, could either join us for meals or eat with the other guides in the dedicated driver facilities.
Thank you to everyone at Salinero for making us feel at home in the middle of the Serengeti. We will never forget you and sincerely hope to return one day.

So amazing
This is the most beautiful place I have ever been! The location, the nature, the people, the food, the rooms are amazing! We are so lucky to have gotten to visit such a wonderful place!
