Discovery of Tenerife with family
Pleasant hotel and staff.
Offers ticketing for outings like Loro Parque....
Parking nearby (we rented a car and had no problem parking).
The rooms would need a little freshening up... but it remains reasonable.
At the reception, two people speak French, which is appreciated.
Proximity to everything on foot (shops, beach...)
Correct value for money.
It's a shame that customers do not respect the property (leaving everything lying around like trash, empty glasses, leftovers from their meals... even by the pool).

Family trip and discovery of Tenerife
Hotel and staff very pleasant. Access to all the parks sold at the reception is a great comfort. Parking nearby (we rented a car and had no problem finding a spot). Proximity to quite a few things accessible on foot.
Unfortunately, the clientele does not respect the premises. For example, around the pool, they leave everything lying around like empty glasses...
A little freshening up in the rooms could add a plus. But it remains very acceptable.

A good all round hotel
A good all round hotel.
Staff friendly and efficient. Ernesto the entertainment guy is fantastic.
Room, we stayed in a junior suite, was clean with a really clever layout. Yes, the bathroom was dated and the fridge had seen better days but it worked. The beds were comfy and the balcony was spacious.
The pool area had plenty of beds and brollies, no mad rush to get one. The male lifeguard friendly and helpful, the girl kept disappearing off to the loos to charge her phone and do her hair. Not that we utilised it but I thought the 4th floor adults only was genius for those who wanted peace and some privacy.
Food, we found no problem with. Dinner- Choices of different meats and fish- most freshly cooked by the chef in front of you. Sides of veg, pasta, potatoes, salad. The usual cold meats and cheeses were plentiful. And there was always pizza, chips, and pasta for the fussy ones. Desserts could do with more choice but that’s just being picky. Breakfast- the usual choices with a chef doing fresh omelettes, toasties, fried eggs, and pancakes. The snack bar was great- lots of picky bits, and the usual stuff such as sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs…. I couldn’t fault the hotel, perhaps not a 4 star but not a 4 star price- a little push and it would be. The staff worked hard and the place was clean.
Entertainment at night not great, but staff doing their best, we mainly stayed in the “pub” which was pleasant enough if a little dated or sat outside.

Lovely hotel
Nice hotel. What we needed for our family. The animation team especially Lilith & Noidys was very enthusiastic and great with the kids and got everyone up joining in in the activities!

Would return but more entertainment needed!
We had read quite a few bad reviews before arriving and were genuinely worried, but we really didn’t need to be! We had an absolutely brilliant family holiday and even looked into extending our stay.
For the price we paid, we thought the hotel was great value. We stayed in the annexe, which was lovely and quiet, but also where the main air con wasn’t great. An additional air-con unit had been installed in the bedroom, so all 4 of us (2 adults and 2 young children) ended up sleeping in there and slept comfortably every night. Not ideal, but honestly not an issue for us. We heard the air con in the main hotel rooms was absolutely fine, and that people unhappy with the annexe were being moved where possible. Our room itself was clean, really spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Food choice was absolutely fine and we all found something nice at every meal. The snack bar was great too. Would highly recommend the Italian, the food was lovely!! The drinks cups are VERY small, so expect lots of trips to the bar but being able to fill bottles with water to take around was brilliant. We did find the 11pm finish for all-inclusive frustrating as it made the evenings feel like they ended quite abruptly.
The staff we dealt with were lovely, especially the lady who checked us in. We also booked the huge shower room before our late flight, which made our last day so much easier.
The beach, bars and restaurants are around a 15–20 minute walk away down a VERY steep hill. We managed it most of the time but did use taxis with two young children.
The hotel was generally very clean, although the poolside toilet really needed more attention. We saw the odd cockroach outside but never had a single insect in our room.
Our biggest criticism would be the entertainment. When they did things, they were brilliant — the foam party was AMAZING! There just needed to be much more of it. We missed the usual daytime pool games, dances and competitions, and the evening entertainment was quite limited. Lots of people left after the mini disco, so the atmosphere could become quite flat.
Overall, don’t let all the negative reviews scare you! We had a fantastic holiday and genuinely considered staying longer. For the price we paid, we were really happy. The negatives above are more things to be aware of rather than things that ruined our stay.
With a better and more frequent entertainment programme, this could be a really great family hotel!
