This was a great property in a great location, just steps from the beach. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite with an ocean view. My only complaint was that the wifi didn't work, was weak, or was slow.

Bad experience

We have had a bad experience during this stay. We were here 5 years ago and the difference is abysmal. Currently, the price is very high. The hotel needs a general renovation, especially the bathrooms; ours had a leak in the bathtub, we reported it and they didn't pay any attention. The terrace service was terrible, at any time and on any day, our orders were served late, up to 30-40 minutes after requesting them, on several occasions the waiters forgot the requested orders, even when there were few customers. We had never had such a bad experience. And what can I say about the pets, you could say there were more pets than people. They should indicate that it is a "pet friendly" hotel, the bad smell could be felt in every corner of the hallways and in the rooms.
For now, we do not plan to return.

Nos apena que su estancia no haya sido como esperaba.
Sentimos sinceramente que su experiencia en nuestro hotel no haya alcanzado sus expectativas en esta ocasión.
Somos conscientes de que el confort en las habitaciones, la atención en nuestros espacios comunes y la relación calidad-precio son aspectos fundamentales y lamentamos que no haya encontrado lo que esperaba durante su estancia. Apreciamos que nos muestre su percepción sobre la atención y la limpieza, así como la convivencia con mascotas y el ambiente generado por ello. Eventful stay, better to book by phone.

We traveled 4 adults and a child. I search on the hotel website and it offers me a suite for three and another double room. When we arrive, they confirm at the front desk that the suite accommodates 4 adults and a child. We suggest occupying only the suite, leaving the double room free and paying the supplement, deducting the price of the double room, but it was not possible. Since we see that it is a flaw in the hotel website's search, we leave it in writing at the front desk.
That afternoon we use the outdoor pool and the wet floor is quite slippery. You have to be very careful not to have an accidental fall.
That night, when using the whirlpool tub, the water reaches the suite's living room. With the resulting scare and dampness to the floor below. The maintenance and cleaning service acted quickly.
First thing in the morning we use the breakfast buffet and we find that the coffee machine does not serve coffee, only milk. And the decaf coffee machine only serves milk. It seems they haven't done the pre-check of the appliances. And a few minutes later a toaster stops with a piece of bread inside that almost catches fire. The appliances break down.
At night, while walking through the area we realize that the sign on the hotel roof is not lit, so the hotel's location cannot be seen from afar.
The furniture is swollen from aging.
Highlight as a positive that they allow pets. We saw dogs, but we didn't confirm if they allow cats.
The staff is friendly and pleasant.

Nos alegra saber que la atención ofrecida por nuestro equipo fue de su agrado durante la estancia y que valora la limpieza de las instalaciones.
Sin embargo, lamentamos sinceramente que algunos aspectos de su estancia no hayan colmado sus expectativas. Not a recommended hotel.

We are on the terrace of this hotel and for some unknown reason they are not serving on this terrace tonight, even though they served us last night. Mystery. To exit the paid parking lot, they did not warn us that we had to ask the front desk for exit authorization, and we had to back up on a really very dangerous slope. At the restaurant, I ordered a Caesar salad with extra shrimp, which were not served to me but were charged for. Really a bad experience.

Concernant la terrasse, nos équipes adaptent parfois le service selon les conditions opérationnelles, mais nous aurions dû vous en informer clairement. Pour le stationnement, un rappel systématique des procédures de sortie a été mis en place afin d'éviter toute difficulté future.
Votre mention concernant la commande au restaurant a été transmise à notre chef de cuisine pour renforcer les contrôles qualité. Ces situations ne reflètent pas les standards de service que nous nous efforçons de maintenir quotidiennement.

Christmas break

Christmas break away.
We had a fantastic break away. All the staff were very friendly. The bedroom with lounge was very clean and overlooking the sea . Plenty of free parking plus not too expensive if you have to pay in the car park. We booked half board expecting buffet restaurant but probably due to the amount of people staying ended up with meals in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was very good with a good selection. Christmas eve was an absolutely fantastic meal that could not be faulted, very good service from the waitress and waiter , it was a surprise because every Christmas we go away the special meal has always been on Christmas day and we have been having Christmas in spain for about 25 years. We had a buffet dinner on our last night and all the food was very good. Good range and price for the wines.
The indoor swimming pool was an added bonus and plenty warm enough
