Best Hotel in Aviles
I love this hotel. My girlfriend and I have stayed here on multiple occasions and always feel very comfortable. A stone's throw from the beautiful Parque de Ferrera and in the heart of the old city it is located perfectly for exploring and going out.
The rooms themselves are well equipped with a high level of cleanliness and a calm and stylishly sophisticated atmosphere.
With a small kitchenette (including fridge) in each room you can prepare your own meals and really make yourself at home.
The beds are very comfortable and if you go for a higher tier room you also have a large luxurious bathtub in the room which is perfect for relaxing together.
Coded access also means no chance of losing a key or access card. It is also great value when compared to other options in the city.
We will certainly be staying again in future and I highly recommend this hotel.

Very bad.
Well very bad because if you take the suit luxuri 02 , first the Jacuzzi does not have awning as the photo indicates From the page ! nor does it specify if there is or there is not since the logical thing, is that I bring it to see neighbors on top of you and logically if it rains you can not use it , which does not compensate to take the room , also that it has a small sofa outside without cogines ! And obviously move how unhappy we are since logically if you take a room with Jacuzzi on terrace is to take advantage of it, their answer is that they can not do anything that are complete. And you eat it with potatoes, not recommended

Do not book at this property
I do not recommend this place to book, they are very inflexible if there are problems with the reservation. I made a reservation to make the way from Santiago, I got injured and had to postpone it and they have not had the deference to change the date of the reservation, what they have done is charge me the reservation even if I advise days before (almost a week)
In the rest of the accommodations I had booked they have been more understanding those things are important and we should show that good faith is also important and that not only does money matter. A greeting

Disappointing experience and total lack of customer support
My family and I booked 4 rooms for 8 people, including children, for an overnight stay from Saturday to Sunday at SUITE 1907 AVILES.
Upon arrival, one of the rooms was infested with flying ants, which we immediately reported. However, the response of the staff was that they could not do anything because they had no other spare room. That manager Alexandra wasn't there until Monday and we couldn't talk to her and the employee couldn't do anything.
Despite our insistence, we could not speak directly to the manager and the ant-infested room remained unused, but we were charged equally. We attach photos that demonstrate the deplorable situation of the room.
To date, we have received no response to our calls or emails.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

WHAT A BAD PLACE!
I spent four nights in Aviles during a trip to Northern Spain, choosing this property based on the photos (probably taken when it opened) and the information on the website.
Nothing could be more deceptive or less in line with reality.
The city itself, rather gloomy, is a succession of ugly, poorly preserved council blocks with the sole exception of the old city, which in any case is not worth a visit.
The suites are located right in the historic center, a 7-minute walk from the nearest parking. There is no way to load and unload luggage nearby.
Upon arrival the situation is disheartening. You enter with a code and what should be the reception presents itself with a table on which there are old brochures of the connected suites and a diffuser to perfume the rooms.
There is no reception and what's more the check-in totem was out of order. We solved it by calling support who, after receiving the documents, explained how to unlock the door. The conversation took place in English, because there are no staff who speak Italian.
The real problem consists in the fact that the headquarters is not located in Aviles, but in Gijon and therefore, there is no one who can intervene if necessary or who can give any type of information about the city, not even on the telephone.
The only presence is that of the maid during the morning.
The real surprise, however, is the room (luxury Junior Suite no. 3), which is truly desolate. The furniture is old and ruined, the cushions full of bumps, the worn shower seal does not block the water from flowing out which floods the sink area, and so on and so forth.
The towels are worn out and my husband was given a bathrobe not suitable for a man, too small and short, as well as completely torn under one armpit, perhaps because it was too small even for the previous guests.
We paid extra for additional cleaning and, for that too, the managers asked for an advance bank transfer, even though they had already received full payment and €100 as a deposit. The extra service included the change of towels, again to be thrown away or used as rags.
The equipment in the kitchenette is very minimal and there is no hob, but only an electric plate. There are three pans and no pots or pans, nor a cutting board or other utensil for preparing a meal.
There is no iron or ironing board included in the equipment described on the site, just as there are no slippers, which were not provided to us even after a specific request.
In the shower cubicle, without a shelf, there are two packs of shower gel and shampoo, probably purchased by the housekeeper in the nearest supermarket or perhaps left by a previous customer. There is no line of bathroom products, neither in small packages nor in dispensers, which are also present, but empty and/or broken.
The toilet door was broken and could only be closed with difficulty and noisily and the cistern was leaking. We didn't know where to hang the robes, since there are no hooks.
Externally it is all a proliferation of weeds and abandonment, again due to the fact that maintenance has never been carried out and that there is no personnel responsible for inspection in Aviles.
We started sending messages via WhatsApp, which were never answered, not even when we asked for a few more crutches.
For these reasons the place is absolutely to be avoided, also because in August it costs €260 per day.
