This hotel was clean and comfortable, located by the metro and train station which made it perfect to get around quickly. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has an affordable restaurant offering a breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner. The food was very good.

STAY IN BARCELONA
Let's start by telling you that the location is not exactly optimal, the reception staff is very kind and the rooms are also very clean! The gym (very small) has three pieces of equipment, of which the most important one, the treadmill, was not working! As for the breakfast staff, and I am referring to a woman with glasses who was very rude, the first day I had to wait outside and a couple kindly opened the rope for me to enter the room, and as soon as she saw us, she made us leave in a very rude manner only to let us back in later! During breakfast, she made a lot of noise while clearing the dishes and was rude to the customers! I would have given the hotel 4 stars out of 5, but she definitely lowered the average! Believe me, she is not suited for hospitality! For everything else, top-notch.

Restaurant
Great welcome, breakfast very good. We wanted to try the restaurant, the menu is inexpensive, but they need to expand the menu a bit and change the chef, but the staff is pleasant and nice. The hamburger was a compact steak that doesn’t look like a hamburger since there’s no bun, but well, for the price, let’s say it’s okay. The waitress was very kind.

Convenient comfortable attentive clean
We stayed for 4 nights without breakfast, they welcomed us at one in the morning without any problems, Carlos was very kind, the superior triple room was very comfortable, beds larger than normal, very soft linens, very clean, thick and soft towels, safe, TV, chair, small table, en-suite bathroom with a large tub/shower, 2 sinks, toilet and bidet, hairdryer, everything working, no problems with the air conditioner or hot water, they noticed that it was my birthday that day and they waited for me to return and brought a dessert and some candies to the room! We really appreciated this attention. Upon our arrival, there were also 3 small bottles of water in the fridge for us, which were very appreciated because arriving at one in the morning we hadn't thought to get any from the vending machines. I'm not giving 5 stars because the bathroom is a bit dated, and in the tub there were the marks of an old plastic mat that had probably stained the ceramic and couldn't be removed. The bathroom window was sealed, it couldn't be opened, and the room window also only opened on a small side. I would have preferred a small balcony. But the room was bright. And also quiet. Below there is a small, very busy park, only at night there are some homeless people or some groups of strange people, but we didn't have any problems always coming and going by taxi. During the day, however, the park is very nice and also frequented by children playing. The restaurant bar located on the ground floor called Botanic is also very convenient, where you can eat, have breakfast, or simply drink something at the tables outside or if you prefer inside as well. Last thing, every time we entered the lobby there was always a nice scent of clean and flowers. In short, our stay was very positive and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location, Great stay
Location was excellent. Just metres from Sants railway station. We went to the Moto GP for the weekend so needed to be close to rail links to the circuit.
Staff at hotel very professional and attentive and helpful with directions etc.
Room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable with excellent pillows as I'm very fussy.
Breakfast had lots choice from continental to hot buffet of eggs, sausages and bacon. Pastries, fruit, cereals and best of all excellent coffee machine.
Small restaurant on site but did not use it for Dinner.
Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again.
