Perfect family stay
A perfect place to stay with the family. The staff is very attentive and smiling. The rooms are comfortable, and a little bonus for the rooftop pool.

Good property, but some problems affected the stay
The hotel enjoys an excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and various types of shops. The hotel lobby fully reflects a four-star rating, especially regarding the friendliness and availability of the staff; my room, however, had some flaws. During check-in, a free upgrade was provided, which was very appreciated, if not for the fact that we were not told that the room door would not close unless forced. Fortunately, once we entered, we read the sign on the door that displayed the safety notice and therefore we always closed the door by applying a little pressure (as well as making some noise). Unfortunately, halfway through our stay, returning to the room after cleaning, we noticed that the door had been inadvertently left open by the housekeeper, which caused a bit of anxiety for the following days of our stay. I reported the incident to the reception and fortunately the episode did not repeat itself. The air conditioning was not adjustable and was activated with the card inserted, so with the extreme heat of August the room needed a little time to acclimate. The last night before check out was a bit chaotic: the power went out several times, someone from the neighboring rooms opened the door at every shutdown, talked loudly and walked down the stairs making quite a bit of noise, at 6 in the morning the smell of fried food probably coming from the kitchens for breakfast preparation entered the room from the ventilation system. Overall, I really appreciated the location and the availability of the staff, but some inconveniences affected the experience.

Wonderful place
For my first time in Spain, I chose your hotel, and I must say you were absolutely WONDERFUL.
First and foremost, the staff: everyone is highly professional, but above all, incredibly kind, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a big smile! The pool and the convenient location allowed me to fully relax and recharge 100%.

Friendly staff ensured this was a great place to stay
We needed a hotel in Barcelona for one night - as we were disembarking from a cruise and wanted to spend some time exploring Barcelona, before our onward flight the following day. When deciding where to book, this hotel ticked lots of boxes for us:
- Short taxi ride from cruise port (cost 18 euros - July 2026)
- Situated in the Eixample district, which we felt would be safer than staying in or near Las Ramblas
- 10 minute walk to Hop On Hop Off Sightseeing Bus Stop
- Air Conditioning
- Rooftop Pool
- Noon check-out
- Great value for money
We had emailed ahead to say we would like to drop off our luggage - but was delighted to be told on our arrival that a room was ready for us and we could check in early.
Breakfast was an excellent self-service selection - there was something to suit all tastes.
However, above all else, what really stood out for us was the friendliness of the Reception Team. Without exception, each member of the team was incredibly friendly and helpful - and only too happy to ensure we made the most of our brief time in Barcelona.
