Absolutely amazing
Big shout out to the management as when I arrived it’s was my birthday and the hotel sent up to my room cake and fizz absolutely made me feel special
Excellent food loads of choice
Rooms were immaculate clean
Coffee machine in room
Free safe
Pool area was spotless and the pool was nice and warm
Bar area and snack bar was perfect and prices were reasonable
All in all best hotel i have stayed in Benidorm
Looking forward to may 2027

Cannot fault a single thing
The staff are amazing & can’t do enough for you
Food is amazing
Room is great & very clean
We aren’t party animals so didn’t know what to expect when coming to Benidorm but this hotel is in a great location & lovely and chilled.
We received 2 beers, crisps and a hand written note welcoming us on arrival
We also received two drinks vouchers and a hand written note slipped under our door.
Without these things this hotel would be getting a 5* review but these little extra touches just add to our great experience here.
