Can’t fault this place

What a find and what a bargain!
Check in is down the road, you can email or call for further information. The manager Oscar goes above and beyond to help in every way imaginable.
Our apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was right across the road from a beautiful beach and a couple of restaurants and just a stones throw away from the main commercial centre with shops, restaurants and bars plus a soft play centre and playpark.
This is our second visit in 6 months and we love the area, it gives the perfect mix of menorcan charm yet touristy enough to be perfect for families with children.
Bus service is fantastic.
Sadly this visit was out of season so we were extremely unfortunate with most places being closed but we still had a great time and can’t wait to return. Oscar will be our first point of call, we can’t thank him enough for everything he has done!

Smell of vomit

Very common flat in complex of small houses that are divided into two apartments. As soon as we entered the one above, we got a very strong and intense smell like vomit, unbearable. Nothing to do with the smell of sewage or seaweed sites.
We called to warn him and ask for a change, they ignored. However much we ventilated, put air freshener or scrubbed, the smell persisted. We found one of those responsible, invited her upstairs, and she wasn't professional enough to come up and smell it.
We believe this smell of vomit came from the living-kitchen furniture.
Very unpleasant stay for these reasons, the rest ok.

Awful, disgusting, cockroach infested, avoid!

Booked last minute through hotels.com
Received information as to where to check in as it was different to the actual ‘Apartmentos Cala Blanca’, we arrived to a derelict house. Absolutely no sign or sight of the office. The actual office is a 5 minute walk away. We had to walk in the blazing heat with our luggage with a young family. The actual apartments are another 10 minute walk.
When we finally arrived at the apartments, the only good thing is the location as it’s close to the beach.
The apartments are disgusting. The outside areas are covered in bird poo. Our apartment was horrible, prison like. The apartment had a used discarded plaster under the table, blood on the shower curtain, mould on the walls, ceiling and taps. It was cockroach infested, loose wall sockets and exposed wires. It needs to be shut down.
Avoid at all costs!!!

Family of four holiday

We have just returned from a week at the Cala Blanca apartments in Menorca. Booked via teletext holidays and got a great price for a two bedroom apartment. The complex is right opposite the beach and was not busy while we were there. My best tip is to book a taxi from the airport as you need to collect the key from quite far away from the actual apartment so a taxi can stop by on the way. We had a prebooked transfer and had to wait with our luggage while my husband found the office. This was a 15 minute walk away so not ideal if you have children. See picture for map. Other than that it was fantastic and a better location than Cala ‘n Bosch which was very busy and ‘British’.

Apartmentos Cala Blanca(2adults + 3 Kids). & ristorante Cala Blanca****

Friendly greeting at the reception which is down the road but the girl was very friendly and helpful. Clean well kept apartments. A little dated but including all necessary things like washing up liquid soaps etc.... the pool is small but clean with a small baby pool. Great location... check out Cala Blanca beach and Restaurante Cala Blanca across the road, really clean, great for breakfast, free entry beach club if you buy drinks & tapas and good food in the main restaurant for dinner, definitely the best in the area. The service was very friendly everywhere, Overall we had a great stay! Awesome sunsets here too!
