From the very first moment, we found the staff to be extremely attentive and always ready to meet every need with great kindness and professionalism. A special thank you goes to Luciana, for her rare kindness and constant availability, always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help in any situation. Our heartfelt thanks also go to Mrs. Rosa, Rodrigo, and Raida, who contributed to making our stay even more pleasant and relaxing.
The hotel was impeccably clean throughout. One thing we truly appreciated was the constant and pleasant smell of cleanliness that could be felt at any time of the day, a clear sign of great care and attention to detail.
The apartments are very well equipped and perfect even for long stays or family holidays: they include a refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, pots, pans, and various kitchenware. Everything you need is provided to enjoy a comfortable and independent holiday.
The swimming pool is a true oasis of peace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying quiet moments in a well-kept and welcoming environment.
The location is strategic: supermarkets, services, and a bus stop are all within easy walking distance. The hotel is also perfectly situated between Magaluf and Palmanova, two stunning areas with spectacular beaches just a few steps away.
In conclusion, we had a wonderful and worry-free stay, especially ideal for families with children. Highly recommended.

Raw sewage and forced to sleep in reception overnight
Arrived at 1.45am to find reception unstaffed. We waited and no one arrived. Tried to call the emergency numbers/WhatsApp/email..no reply. We had to sit in reception with our cases, unable to check in. 1st night wasted! At 8am a cleaner arrived she made some calls and found us a room at 9am! When reception arrived at 10.45am the receptionist blamed our tour company for not advising us we had to email 48hours before to check in..except, we had emailed them to advise of arrival time and check in! They said because I had emailed late at night the email hadn't been received! Not how emails work!!
After I showed the email proof they offered a free meal in the restaurant..
We decided to put the disastrous first night out our minds and enjoy our holiday!
Location is great, the apartments are modern..especially the foot print on the walls next to the bed..nice art! No issues with noise, pool area ok - pool needed cleaned - leaves floating etc..life guard sat in the shade with towels around him as he was cold! Pool doors open at 11am.
Or when they can be bothered - usually about 11.20am, pool bar - opens 1pm till 6pm and to order a drink the life guard calls the bar man in the restaurant the floor below and they come up, when they can to get your drink..saves you a fortune and your liver!
One morning, the toilet cistern wouldn't switch off, raw sewage flooded the bathroom, my husband ran to reception to be told they would send someone up in about 1hr..by the time my husband managed to switch off the water the raw sewage had flowed into the livingroom and bedroom! Still no one came to help us, we had to use towels and a mop to clean it up..not ideal on holiday! After 55min a man arrived, spoke no English, looked at the video I had took, smiled and left!! No one goes in holiday to mop up raw sewage!! Receptions answer - free meal in the restaurant! We didnt take any of the free meals!
We showed reception the videos who moved us to the room next door - stating the sewage room would be deep cleaned and aired.. no, it was a quick 10min clean then the next people moved in!! Yuk!
Speaking to another 2 couples they had experienced issues at check in as well, arriving after midnight (remember they state its a 24hr reception!) And found no staff..1 couple, like us, had to sleep in reception, another couple were offered by holidaymakers to use their couch..seriously?! The receptionist told me that the night receptionist the night we arrived had taken ill and had leave..5 nights we were there the reception was empty from 8pm till 8am! Other holidaymakers said they had never seen a receptionist and definitely not one the night we arrived!
We are in our late 40s and had to sit all night in reception after a day of travelling, while drunk people came in looking for a toilet - i was scared, I will be honest!
We travel often and never have I been left in reception! I would hate to think what would have happened if that was young females on their own!
On check out the receptionist gave us a card and begged me to email to area manager to highlight the issues..that was the day we arrived home, at the start of October..i have sent 3 separate emails and never had a reply, completely ignored me!
Terrible customer service!

Mallorca inn - definitely won't return!
Please if you do decide to stay here, make sure you arrive before 8pm or its an all nighter in reception!!

INN Mallorca Aparthotel location is a real steal deal
From our balcony, we had a view of the Katmandu amusement park.
The bathroom was spotless, and everything worked perfectly!
The twin beds have comfortable mattresses that feel wonderfully firm but not overly hard. The living room features a fairly large sofa and a dining table; unfortunately, the TV doesn’t work perfectly… but that wasn’t a problem since we were out and about all day.
The kitchen has two electric stovetops, a microwave, and a refrigerator. All kitchen essentials are provided.
For coffee lovers, there’s a Nespresso capsule machine—just make sure to buy a box of coffee capsules first ;-)
There’s also a washer and dryer next to the elevator in the stair case.
In terms of location, INN Mallorca Aparthotel a real steal deal!
If you walk out of the hotel and turn right, 110 meters down the road there’s a bus stop with connections to the PIM (A11) airport and bus 104 to the capital, Palma de Mallorca.
I recommend booking this hotel if you don’t want to stay too far from the beach and want to be close to various restaurants, cafes, and bars.
The hotel has a large pool with lounge chairs and floats. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use it.
