Not a pleasant vacation.

We had booked a different hotel and were rebooked. The hotel's location to the beach is good, but the hotel's location to the center of Cambrils is poor. The food is okay, but there is way too little variety. There are no umbrellas at the hotel, even though the pool is in direct sunlight for almost the entire day. During our entire stay, we mostly encountered children, youth school classes, and soccer teams at the hotel. Accordingly, the noise level was high both during the day and at night, as well as in the dining room. One goes on vacation to relax, and that was not possible in this hotel. The cleanliness was, well, lacking. Maybe it was the wrong time for us to be there, but I would not recommend the hotel, and we will definitely not return. We booked 4 apartments there and had 2 different providers. AurumTours was accommodating and refunded us without any issues due to the rebooking. In contrast, Sunhotels was completely uncooperative, arguing that we were to blame because we knew which hotel we were coming to, and they refused to assist us out of goodwill. Never again a booking through Sunhotels.

Allerdings hatten Sie bereits von Anfang an Bedenken bezüglich der Lage des Hotels, und wir glauben, dass dadurch viele Aspekte Ihres Aufenthalts negativ wahrgenommen wurden.

Large groups of young people.

If you seek tranquility in May-June, do not go to this hotel. Large groups of young people come for end-of-year trips. About 300 young people. We have had problems in the buffet, in the pool, in the playground, etc.
We are a family with a 3-year-old child and a 3-month-old baby, looking for tranquility. If we had known that they worked with these groups, we would not have gone. The tourism of youth groups is not compatible with family tourism.
Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the hotel location is good if you want to be close to the beach.

The scam of the century

A complete scam.
The food was in very bad condition
There was no variety at all.
The waiters were very rude.
The cook told us that everything is made with leftovers.
The dinner did not sit well with me.
NEVER AGAIN

the food was disastrous, the service from the waiters was terrible, there was no variety, it was a horrible experience, I do not recommend going
