Lovely Stay
Just arrived home from a weeks stay here, stayed with my husband and 13 year old son. We arrived at around 11pm and our room was absolutely boiling hot which made our first night very uncomfortable however we were able to hire an air conditioning unit for the rest of the week for 50 euros which was much needed.
The rooms are lovely, very clean and have everything you need for a self catering stay. We had room 266 which was right next to the pool table and main pool.
The pools are great and never felt too busy are crowded. We did enjoy some late night dips in the pool which was a lovely way to end the evening and cool down.
The hotel is abit out of the way and nothing really around which wasn't ideal but taxis were available.
We were unable to get a late check out and had to check out at 12, we weren't getting picked up until 7.30pm but we were able to stay around the pool and leave our luggage at reception. They also had a shower room that could be used to freshen up which was great.
Whilst we were here we celebrated out wedding anniversary and we were gifted a bottle of wine and some chocolates which was a lovely touch.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Cordial Green Golf Resort!

No air con but lovely otherwise
We booked bungalow plus via jet2 and never realised there was no air con just ceiling fans. These would be okay during cooler months but August it was unbearable at night. They do hire portable units but none available during our stay, we asked daily. There is a local guy you can hire from but we didn’t find out until near the end of our holiday unfortunately.
Grounds, rooms, pool all lovely. Bar service a little slow. We were self catering but paid for breakfast a few days and the bbq night which we all enjoyed.
Pool never seemed to close and we enjoyed a few late night dips which was fantastic. Lots of different nationalities, everyone was friendly, atmosphere was relaxing day and night. Few young lads jumping off bridge into pool which was very dangerous and no one stopped them!
Lots of shaded areas but nowhere near enough parasols if you want to sit right next to pool area.
Location is middle of nowhere but taxis only 5-6 euro. So much to see we would return here but need air con next time. That was the only downside. Jet2 were fantastic throughout.

Mixed bag.
I have to say, me and boyfriend visited here with high expectations but for me, it was a stay full of mixed bags, it started off when we were given the wrong room type (a muddle with easyJet holidays & the reservations team within cordial), was offered a new room which didn’t meet the criteria of the room we already booked, got moved to a room that was the correct room type we booked, then the fridge wasn’t working even though we just done a shop and our food nearly went off because of it, the fan made a hell of a noise which we had to to get maintenance a few times to fix it, but then it still made a noise, the water was coming out the shower again told about the problem, maintenance did came along and sort it but it got worse. Then mosquitoes came in and we got a net, we got compensation by easyJet for mess and around from the hotel? An air con unit. The director was understanding in our problems and did his best to sort it out all out for us but for me personally it was a little too late. You come on holiday for a nice relaxing time not to be messed around and moving rooms!! Even the maids forgot to add shower gel a few times.
Apart from the drama, the hotel grounds are really nice and in a good location not far from maspalomas and playa del ingles both reachable within taxi and local buses & the free shuttle buses that the hotel provides. The one thing that would make the hotel even better is providing more umbrellas by the pool to make it that better for those who need shade ect. Other than that it was a great stay, I wish I would given more stars but because of the circumstances we faced, I had to give it a few.

It’s alright but cockroach problem a big issue
Positives: Pools are great and are very clean. Food is decent and staff are nice. Lots of nice cats too
Negatives: Flying cockroaches. Loads of them, a clear problem at this hotel as we stayed in other places before and never had problems. One in the bathroom and multiple by the doorway. Also sheets were never changed during our 9

Lively
This is a lovely place. We stayed here self catering for 6 nights. The site has two huge pools with one slightly quieter than the other. Rooms are great with downstairs being a kitchen and sofa bed and upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are modern and nice with most things you need for a week. The room though does not have air con which in this day and age really should be standard on such a hot island. I have marked down one star because of this. Lol cation is very quiet you will need to take multiple taxis if venturing out which I recommend. Both maspalomas/Meloneras and Playa Del Ingles are around 6 euros away. The site has an onsite supermarket where prices weren't too bad. We though went to the hyperdino as it had a far greater range/bakery and was cheaper around 10 mins walk away. Overall a lovely quiet site. We would stay again but the air con is an issue during the peak of summer and would possibly put us off.
