Holidays in absolute peace
A magnificent days near Isla, in apartments very close to the village.
Alba was very attentive throughout, giving us suggestions of where to go, what to do...
The apartment was really clean, with everything you need for those days. Shower dish, fridge, hob and the necessary cutlery. The spacious space, you don't overwhelm like in hotel room.
Value for money therefore excellent, no doubt.
We came from Zaragoza and Alba was waiting for us at the agreed time for the keys and explain everything and more, always with a smile. You can tell when someone feels like doing things right.
Through the window you could see the countryside and the village of Usla, even the sea from afar. Very, very quiet. The possibility of taking some chairs and tables and going out at night to see the stars while you have a beer, for me is essential now.
You also park the car right there, and if not, 500 or 1000 meters or so is already the parking lot of Isla Pueblo Antigua, with free leftover space. You can go to the village by the way on a tarmac road parallel to the road for people and bikes.
I would definitely recommend it.
People and things like that make a trip, go from being a vacation to a fantastic experience.
And if you walk to La Casa del Hortelano, a bar selling homemade Cantabria products and terrace and patio, you will surrender (torrija!)

Great stay
It's not on the beach but the location is great. The wonderful views.

QUITE DISAPPOINTED
After seeing so many good reviews, we decided to book. The first unpleasant surprise is that you have to pay for the entire stay as soon as you arrive and IN CASH, no cards or Bizum or any of that, just cash and without having told you beforehand because maybe we wouldn't have gone and no invoices, a piece of paper where the name of the apartments doesn't appear or anything, black money of course.
The second surprise is that they don't have Wi-Fi, they tell you it's so we can talk, I would say it's to save money.
The microwave sometimes heated and other times it didn't, even when I set it the same way. I could add something else, but I don't want to bore people or make them think we're looking for a palace.
Of course, it's in a beautiful location, but it's very far from the beaches, so that wasn't a problem for us. We can't complain about the cleanliness of the entrance, it was fine.
We are people who live in a normal, clean but no-frills house, and we are certainly looking for the same thing.

Perfect weekend.
We have already stayed in the apartments 3 times, everything is clean and perfect.
The ideal location, next to the historic and quiet center, beautiful views.
Elisa and Alba are charming, as always. It is a beautiful place. We will return.

Beautiful sunrise
We have repeated because we are always great at La Fragata!
Beautiful views from the apartment above. The sunrise is truly amazing. Of course, upstairs is a window, without a terrace.
Clean and functional.
Very well located near the historic center of the Island and very quiet.
To the beaches by car it is 5 minutes to the closest one, Playa de la Arena.
Everything is great.
Elisa and Alba are very friendly. We will be back!
