We were initially registered in the Revelin but our room was a disaster. So the front desk was very apologetic and upgraded us to the Ulysses. It was such a surprise and a delight! Everyone was helpful and kind! We will definitely come back to the Ulysses!

Lousy.

The minute you access the facilities you realize you have made a mistake when booking at this property. The entrance is always full of flies, I say for some reason. The elevator is in a sorry, deteriorated, smelly and dirty state. The room seems fine at first glance... but soon you realize that it is a kind of zulo, with a window with translucent glass that cannot be opened, despite making reserved a room “with city views”... and in the bathroom, one of the leaves of the shower screen is loose and falls on you when you move it (and according to old reviews it seems like it has been like this for several months!)... So we asked to change rooms, which they kindly and quickly did. Now, we had views of the street, but... they only left us one set of towels; we ordered another but they brought it when we were leaving; they did not make our room; several lights in the room did not work - and the mirror of the bathroom flashed like that of a flash...

The room was modern and well designed but way overpriced for the size fact there is no view b/c of frosted windows. It was like a beautiful jail cell. Also, check in was a nightmare. It’s in a totally different building and not easy to find.

Everything was perfect, the only issue that I had is that in my confirmation the didn't informed that inhad to pick the key in the hotel ulises
